Monthly Rentals in Dinosaur Ridge

This place is a gem—especially if you’re heading to a show at Red Rocks. The location couldn’t be better, and check-in was a breeze thanks to Kevin’s clear instructions. The accommodations were stylish and comfortable, and Kevin struck the perfect balance of giving us space while still being a gracious host. Upon checkout, we got some great local recommendations that made our Denver weekend even better. I’m already keeping an eye out for another Red Rocks concert just so we can stay here again!

Everything was great. No complaints. Clean. Friendly responsive host. Great location. Nice neighbors. Next to Green Mountain for fun hiking and close to Fosberg dog park which is beautiful with great sunrises. Easy drive to Morrison, Red Rocks, Dinosaur Ridge and Golden. We loved our stay! Highly recommended.

Casey is a great host, very responsive and attentive. The private apartment is in the basement but has plenty of daylight from the full windows in each room. My pup was able to use the fenced backyard and she enjoyed the space and many dog toys. Location is good, quiet neiborhood also close to Golden and Denver.

Kendra's place is a great little getaway that is so convenient to explore downtown Golden (a short drive or bike ride) as well as get up into the mountains! It is within walking distance of foothills trails and a quick drive to I-70 and Clear Creek Canyon. Her beautiful condo is so neat and clean! If you are looking for a long term stay while visiting friends and family, or need temporary housing while relocating or moving in Colorado, this is the perfect place!
