Other closed rooms of the apartment are temporarily used as a studio/workshop by the owners, who live privately on the upper floors. Garden seating with fire pit available.

Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

We offer you a lovingly furnished guest room with a separate entrance – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. The bathroom for private use is located opposite in the hallway. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.

From the very centrally located accommodation, all restaurants and bars can be reached in a few minutes' walk. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator and a coffee machine, as well as crockery. A gym is available on request. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The Kocher-Jagst cycle path leads directly past the property and invites you to enjoy leisurely cycling tours.

Modern and quiet apartment

The modern apartment is located in the middle of romantic Franconia. The cities of Feuchtwangen, Dinkelsbühl and Rothenburg are easily reached by car. Likewise, the Franconian lake district is not too far away. We offer an ideal starting point for your experiences as well as a rest in the countryside. Arrival is possible on Saturdays from 12 pm. For all other days of the week, we ask for coordination.
