It has spectacular sea views over the Beauly Firth and wonderful wildlife spotting opportunities from the sofa! All bedrooms are furnished to a comfortable standard and are en-suite. There is a large kitchen and dining room and a separate sitting room and conservatory. The perfect location for large groups or families to use as a base to explore the Highlands or just stay and relax.

Black Glance

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

The Factor’s Office, Nutwood House

The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Situated in a beautiful peaceful location, a great base to explore the Highlands. There are many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking, fishing etc. Can also be booked with The Lodge.
