Highland River Cottage with Hot Tub
A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms. Black Glance
Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

1 bedroom, shower room, free parking with sole use
You can expect a warm welcome when you stay with us. After parking in our small driveway or in the road outside for larger cars, you’ll enter through the outside seating area. The conservatory has a breakfast preparation area, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. This area also has a dining table and chairs. Continental style breakfast is provided. Upstairs you’ll find a double bedroom with tv and adjacent shower room. You have sole use of all facilities during your stay.

Located in a quiet area, just outside the village of Strathpeffer, the cottage sleeps 4 across 1 double, one twin bedroom and a couch settee in the living room, making it a practical and pleasant property that suits couples and families alike. Located just a short distance from the village of Strathpeffer, near a farm, the cottage is the ideal location to base yourself for touring the Highlands while enjoying the peace and quiet, amazing views and a countryside setting.

Charming and Unique Shepherd's Hut
A unique and beautiful Shepherd's Hut on the Black Isle. Specifically commissioned by Black Isle Brewery, the hut is in the middle of our organic brewery farm. The brewery sits on one side with organic farmland, farmhouse and vegetable patch on the other. You are 10 minutes from Inverness by car and 20 minutes from Inverness airport. Please note that the hut doesn't have wifi but we have books and games to keep you
