Must confess this was our second stay, a year after the first. We liked it so much we came back. Such a perfect setting, w/ all the amenities you could ask for, including great restaurants, parks, market, stores w/in 5-10 minute walk. Although we had a splendid time last year, I don't think we'd have thought to come back if it hadn't been for this place to stay. And Edith is all you could ask for in a host. Another relaxing week of farniente. (And we haven't ruled out a 3rd time...) Thanks for Edith and the welcoming community!

Great theme: modernist art. Loved it. Family-friendly and comfortable. The village center is two minutes away by foot and very charming and lively with restaurants, a tabac, and 2 bakeries. Grocery store is 1 km. away.

Excellent welcome by Charlotte from the concierge. Very nice, clean, quality accommodation in a mythical building in Dinard, in line with our expectations with everything you need for a quality stay. In a quiet environment, there is certainly work in the building but the workers are very discreet and do not make any noise at all. Impeccable and spacious house! We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful, well-equipped and very pleasant house!

Our stay was not planned , so we had to find a last-minute accommodation for family reasons, and we found this charming house where we spent a small week with a very large garden and a large trampoline that delighted our daughter. The place is very quiet. a very nice house, special mention for the kitchen , which is equipped with a semi-pro , with good quality equipment. The beds were very comfortable, we slept very well. i thank Boris for his responsiveness as soon as we had a question and a great exchange. To conclude, I recommend this charming house for a stay , a 10-minute walk from the beach which is very pleasant, especially when the weather is nice. Happy hosting

Beautiful house in a great location right next to the halls. Well-decorated, well-equipped, very good bedding. We were able to park easily on the street. Very easy communication with Virginie, I highly recommend.

We had a great time with the family in Marie's nice and spacious house. Very well decorated, a well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding, it feels like home. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, the beds made and towels allocated for each room. Communication with Cherley was very easy, she was available, responsive and friendly. Although the house is located on a boulevard, new triple-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation. The plus: the 2 terraces on the garden level and parking on the property. In conclusion: perfect and excellent value for money for 7 people.

A fabulous stay at Claire's house in the heart of Dinard! A haven of peace, the countryside a few minutes from the beach and shops. I can only recommend this house!

Everything was perfect from start to finish, the house is very nice, very neat, tastefully decorated. Well located too. Very good experience overall.

Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. The apartment is comfortable and practical and very well-equipped. It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Great stay at Zabeth and Pascal's. Nice personal reception, with explanation of the excellent equipment and the area. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. Therefore, it is very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located a stone's throw from the beach for beautiful walks and not far from the city center. We did everything on foot. There are all the amenities available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key exchange despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

We really enjoyed the week in Saint Malo, beautiful and exiting city, perfect appartment directly at the beach, friendly and responsive hosts… Altogether, a perfect relaxing week for all of us. A big thank you to Patrick and family. Andrea and Uwe with daughter Susi and granddaughter Matilda.
