Welcome to our home! We’re offering sunny, spacious and cosy private room located in Dinan centre, only a 3 minute-walk to the medieval town and ideally-positioned for visiting nearby Dinard, St Malo,Rennes and Mont St. Michel. Dinan is a medieval town with a relaxing atmosphere. It has city walls (donjon, towers and doors from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries), medieval streets (Rue du Jerzual) and charming plazzas: Du Guesclin plazza and Du Champs plazza famous for its glass facades from the 18th century. Once a fortress for the ducs de Bretagne, Dinan is one of the best-preserved and prettiest towns in Brittany. We have two 17 sq m bedroom incl en suite (shower/ bath, toilets, towel dryer, sink) with a TV and wireless internet. Towels and fresh linen provided. Baby cot, babychair are available. Breakfast is included. The house has a big garden overlooking the ramparts and is located in the city centre, just outside the city walls. 3 mins walk to the medieval town. You will be able to park your car in the garden. Note that blue room (Pavillon Gaudel bleu) on top floor offers option to get your own fully equiped kitchen to prepare yourself diner in case you prefer this option rather than eating outside in numerous Dinan restaurants... Really close to all amenities, train station (10mins easy walk) and medieval town (3mins walk). ACTIVITIES: Major historical attractions include St Saviour's Basilica, the flamboyant Gothic St Malo's Church, the Collège des Cordeliers, the Romanesque Duchess Anne's Tower (Tour de l'horloge), the Jacobins Theatre dating from 1224 and the Château de Dinan. Dinan's "jardin Anglais" ( "English garden" located behind St Saviour's Basilica) offers a lovely panorama overlooking the valley, the River Rance, the old harbor and the viaduct. The town retains a large section of the city walls, part of which can be walked round. The remparts promenade is a must. Between the back garden of our house and the small ditches you will find the "jardin des petits diables" ("garden of the litlle devils"), with playgrounds for kids: toboggan, slides, a minigolf and an animal garden. DINAN'S MUSEUMS: the castle museum; the rail museum; Yvonne Jean Haffen museum (famous Breton painter); the 39-45 WWII museum ARCHEOLOGICAL SITES: Corseul 7 km and Pleslin 5 km THE MUST-SEE'S: Lehon Abbey 2 km; Taden Manor (Gallo-Roman villa; 1st-2nd century A.D.) 5 km SPECIAL EVENTS: Tour de France this summer! The "Fête des Remparts" is Dinan's major highlight. It occurs on the third weekend of July and is held in even-numbered years (2014 is the next one). Locals dress up in medieval costumes and duels are staged. WE ARE LOCATED AT: 32km from Cancale (oyster farming site). Reception by appointment, possible from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Comings and goings after that, with no time limits. Homestay room, side sea view, TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, tea making facilities, closet, (baby bed possible) in my apartment (I live there year-round) nestled under the roofs of a listed villa, quiet condominium of six apartments. I'm on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Bed 140 x 190 cm. Duvet. Bed made, towels provided. Kitchen access possible if at least 3 nights. Lockable cellar for bicycles.

Located in a hamlet of 7 houses, 5 km from St Malo and Cancale and close to the beaches, "Tamm ti neue" is also referenced in the Gîtes de France. You will enjoy staying there for its calm, space, comfortable bedding, and hearty breakfast. The price of €73 applies to a couple; for 2 people wishing to use the 2 beds, we ask for an extra €12, and an additional €19 for a 3rd person. Important: there is no key box. Please respect the schedules!

You will enjoy a beautiful room with 2 beds. Perfect for a couple or family with kids. It is on the 1st floor, the shower room on the ground floor is reserved for you. Linens and towels are provided. The beach is 1 km away, the historic center is 2.5 km away. We provide free city bikes. If you wish, we serve breakfast (supplement of €7.5/pers to be paid on-site). Adding a 3rd bed is also possible with a €5 supplement (see photo).

La Rozéenne: bed and breakfast near the Mont

Our house is located in the middle of a quiet and friendly small village, with some shops nearby. Guests will enjoy stunning views of Mont Saint Michel 50 m from the house. We are 30 minutes from St Malo, Dinard and Dinan, and 10 minutes from Mont Saint Michel. The room is nice and spacious. It has a TV and desk area, as well as a private bathroom. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people, with a double bed and 1 pull-out bed.
