Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are quality. Only downside, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we did not have hot water for the last 2 days without the problem being resolved.

Very welcoming hosts, beautiful decoration. The house is very well-equipped, the pool is heated and covered, it's a real plus! Table tennis is great for having fun! Clean house, all the necessary amenities are there. We had a very pleasant contact with the owners, thank you and we can't wait to come back!!!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

What a great stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful area has to offer but we will definitely come back! The house is perfect for two with a jacuzzi to end the day after 16 km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for her availability. Beautiful house in a great location right next to the halls. Well-decorated, well-equipped, very good bedding. We were able to park easily on the street. Very easy communication with Virginie, I highly recommend.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Very clean accommodation, 2 large bedrooms, nice small bathroom with all the necessities. Very accessible parking, very quiet. Good bedding. We would surely go back if we were in the area again. Fabien is very responsive.

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. For our daughter, everything was on site. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

A very nice place in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many attractions can be easily reached by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. This was our third visit to Anne’s place. Great location. In the town but peaceful and an easy walk to the sea and town facilities. Comfortable home from home and very clean.
