The house is located 300 meters from the banks of the Rance and the GR34. You can get to Dinard and St Malo in a few minutes. You have parking and a private garden. The house is composed on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. The sofa is convertible. Upstairs, a bedroom, a space with sink and separate toilet.
