To sum it up in one word: WHAAOUUUU This place is in love with this place! The residence is new, very pretty, well located for doing everything on foot, quiet and yet 2 steps from the center. And then, the apartment!! A marvel!! When the door opens, you discover a superb large bright room, spacious and tastefully decorated. Everything is comfortable: the layout of the living room, the size of the bedrooms and bathroom, the bedding too!! The garage is a real plus, moreover it is large and therefore no problem to park without doing a lot of maneuvers 😅 Everything is done on foot from the apartment and that's also great: shopping, the market, bakeries 2 min walk, all walks along the sea, beaches, the center for shopping… We loved Dinard, we'll be back for sure, so I'm keeping this address in my favorites!! Another point ++++++: Sandrine's hospitality, really very kind 👍

The location is perfect, the accommodation was full of attention to us (fresh flowers, coffee, cakes), in short simply the feeling of being expected and invited by the hosts. We were able to explore Dinard and Saint-Malo without taking our car. Perfect Vacation Thanks

Very pleasant stay in this accommodation. The view is spectacular and the proximity to Saint Malo by boat is a real plus. Nothing to complain about except a little general cleanliness, the person who takes care of the cleaning should spend a little more time.

The accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos: very clean, tastefully renovated and neatly decorated. We were able to arrive independently, and Julia was very responsive by message. The only small downside: sound insulation. If you are a light sleeper or go to bed early, you might hear the laughter of the happy guests from the bar just below (Fortunately, it closes around midnight I think) But honestly, this detail is quickly forgotten once you discover the huge terrace and the absolutely EXCEPTIONAL view!!! No need to break your piggy bank to stay at Castelbrac or Grand Hotel: this Airbnb offers unbeatable value for money. I recommend it 1000%!

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Good location with direct access to the moonlight promenade. Although we were unable to meet for the check-in to the apartment, Carole was very available to give directions and recommendations about the neighborhood. We will come back without hesitation.

The property is in a great location. Within walking distance to the beach, local shops and Les Halles de Dinard. Yannick was an outstanding host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. We will come back without hesitation!

Excellent welcome by Charlotte from the concierge. Very nice, clean, quality accommodation in a mythical building in Dinard, in line with our expectations with everything you need for a quality stay. In a quiet environment, there is certainly work in the building but the workers are very discreet and do not make any noise at all. Our stay at Jessica's apartment was a real pleasure. Everything is within walking distance, including seaside walks and beaches, or by boat (St Malo is just a few minutes away) There is nothing missing in the accommodation, which is clean and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back to visit your beautiful region!

Christine and Philippe greeted us personally and showed and explained everything important about the apartment and the residence. We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished apartment. The amenities are very good, we had everything we needed. The location of the residence is extremely quiet, in a large, well-kept enclosed park directly on the Chemin de Ronde. Our highlight was the small beach, right below the complex, very idyllic and hardly frequented. The way into the city along the promenade is beautiful. However, you should be good on foot, because there are slopes within the park and on the way from the garage. Christine provides two e-bikes for free use. There was also enough space for our own bicycles in a separate bicycle room. We had a perfect week in Dinard, with the very best summer weather and were also able to use the beautiful balcony every day.

Very nice welcome to this lovely place. The decoration is neat and done with great taste. Lots of small touches for tenants:-) The proximity to the sea and the availability of the spa are major assets. We had a great time as a couple with two children and two dogs. We loved staying at Bernard’s apartment. He was a kind and gracious host. He communicated quickly and effectively and was willing to be flexible as his schedule allowed. The apartment itself is stunning and located perfectly for walking around the old town. You can quickly get to a beach, the ramparts, coffee, and food. The apartment had centuries old charm with up to date amenities. Bernard went out of his way to accommodate our two little kids and helped us with luggage upon arrival, I would recommend this spot every time. If We ever find our way back to Saint-Malo, I’ll be checking availability of this spot first!
