For parking, you have an underground parking lot also 2 steps away. As for the studio, it is refurbished with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine, connected TV. The coffee table is liftable for more ease at mealtime, the sofa is convertible with mattress available.

Very nice apartment arranged by an architect on the second and top floor of a building that was once a prosperous brewery on the port of Dinan. All modern comforts available, TV, WiFi, sitting area, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee, toaster, microwave etc...). Beds are made, cleaning is included. Many restaurants are nearby, bakery, walking, boat, bike, little train... €10 supplement if pet.

The most friendly welcoming family that we have had the pleasure to meet and stay with. They went out their way to ensure we were happy with the accommodation.their eagerness to help us throughout our stay and even booked and drove us to the restaurant. Very well located apartment. 5-minute walk to the historic center. Small shops, restaurants, boutiques within walking distance. And you have hypermarkets a short drive away. Parking space is a big plus. The accommodation is big enough for 4. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything you needed. The host, Virginia, is very friendly.

Very close to Dinan, Séverine's accommodation is impeccable with beautiful decor. The park is very quiet and the common room is very pleasant, very well-equipped for a good time (games, aperitif, reading, etc.). The spa is the little extra after a day of walking. A recommended place to stay 😊 Antoine welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything we needed to know. We felt very comfortable right away The room had a beautiful view of the water and Saint Malo and also included the kitchen. The bed was also the sofa, which was pulled out for sleeping. The bathroom was also very nice. A small adjoining room served as a storage room for luggage, etc. The whole place is tastefully decorated and we liked it very much! 👌 We will be happy to come back! Thank you Antoine & Caroline
