Townhome vacation rentals in Dinan

Location was great. Apartment nice and comfortable. The only negative, it was very cold inside and we could not switch on the heater. The stairs are old and creaking at night. We like the apartment and the village!!

Fantastic, we booked at the last minute on 12/31 due to a problem and the host made a great effort to accommodate us due to our need. Thanks to Demian, his attention and his beautiful house, we were able to spend a fantastic New Year's Eve. Thank you for everything. Very attentive and kind!

Lovely little individually furnished apartment in a good location. Very nice town with a lot of atmosphere. Beaches and shopping are within walking distance. We were very pleased and would come back again.

Gérard and Françoise's accommodation is as described and in the photos, or even better. The house is large, pleasant, very well-equipped, quiet and 2 steps from the beach and the long walk that borders it. The garden is spacious and very well maintained, with a terrace and a very nice barbecue when the weather is nice. We came with a baby and there were plenty of things available (bed, bathtub, changing mat, barrier...). Saint Malo intra muros is about 20/25 minutes walk along the sea. A market is less than a 5-minute walk away and many shops such as Intermarché, Leclerc… are only a few minutes' drive away. Gérard and Françoise hosted us very well and communication was always fluid and responsive. We had a great time in their home.

This house is lovely, thoughtfully decorated, and very clean . The location is ideal, quiet near a park and close to the city center and the beach. It is very well equipped, the bedding is fabulous and the terrace and garden very pleasant because it is isolated from the neighborhood to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy. I can only advise you to stay there, especially since Jeanne is very responsive in communication. Really nice surprise.

Deborah's house is great, modern, on a quiet street, but close to the center of Saint Servan, a private garden, and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Carole was super nice and easy, and with flexible check-in/out. We will undoubtedly be back.

Very few places warrant a +5 rating but this one of them. In all the many, many places I have stayed over the years this was not only the easiest to find but easiest to access. You literally park in the parking 🅿️ space right in front of the apartment. We had soany eating establishments and coffee shops and markets within a kilometre radius. And although it's not super close to Mont Saint Michel, it's a quick 20-min easy drive which offsets the much higher prices of closer apartments. Franck gave us a list of things to see in the area and was super-friendly, responsive, and communicative. The apartment itself was quite spacious, quiet, and well-stocked with amenities. The wifi was very fast, which we love. Wish every place was like this.

Very nice spacious house, bright and the ideal location within walking distance of all shops, the beach. Communication was very smooth and friendly with Clementine and Vincent. We loved our stay in Dinard at their place in this feel-good house.

Excellent stay, amazing home—great amenities and a great place to end your day, in a great location. It's a very walkable area with plenty of restaurants and cafes, and is near the seaside. The host is responsive, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend staying here - would happily come back.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was perfect. Émilie's welcome was very cordial and friendly, no complaints. The location was perfect, a very quiet place. The bedding was perfect, it had everything you needed for cooking. Don't hesitate to rent, you won't be disappointed, that's what I'll do when I come back to Granville.

Very nice accommodation for a weekend or more for 5 or 6 people. the Spa is really great as well as the living space and bedrooms. quick access to the city center with all the local shops... Very large market on Saturday mornings. I highly recommend this accommodation, which is also very well located for visiting Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel.

Dominique's place is exceptional. Clean, quiet, spacious, functional, comfy bed, light-filled and felt like home. The location is superb with a bakery and weekly market at the end of the street and access to an amazing network of walking paths right out the front door. The hosts are warm, helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Valerie is a very warm host who also gave us tips for the sights of the area. The house is a typical stone house of the region, which has been excellently modernized from the inside. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside in the courtyard very well. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

This is a super place to stay for families exploring St.Malo. Spotlessly clean, stylish, comfortable and well equipped for those travelling with young children. The location is great too - close to Sablons beach, port and a fantastic market on Tuesdays and Fridays. Highly recommended.

If you're after an interesting, very French, eclectic holiday home with loads of privacy and space, then this is for you. The house has bags of character, charm, art and eccentricity - we loved it..!! Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and we wouldn't hesitate in going back again. Highly recommended..!!
