Apartment in a very good location and very nice apartment. Proximity to shops and the sea. Good communication with Murielle. Parking space is a plus. We had a great time.

A perfect, spacious and very well-equipped apartment with a great view! We came with a 15 month old baby and it had the right thing it was perfect! A pleasant stay!

We are delighted with our stay in Granville. The accommodation was very comfortable and practical, well-equipped and in a good location, and Mireille was very welcoming.

Clean accommodation with a large clothing rack to store everything. Very close to the large beach, shops within walking distance, large common land with private parking. Perfect.

Eddy's place is conveniently located for exploring the coast (Granville, Saint Pair, Carolles, Mont Saint Michel...). Access to the accommodation is super easy with Eddy's tips. It is well equipped with superb views of the sea and the Chausey Islands. For walkers, you can reach Granville on foot otherwise the buses are free (casino, old town, port...). There's even a thalassotherapy center with a seawater pool 2 steps from the residence. We had a dream stay to be repeated.

Very very well located apartment, five minutes walk from the beaches, and in the center of Saint-Pair. The residence is very nice and clean, the apartment is spacious and impeccable, with everything you need to leave it impeccable. The garage is very nice. Thanks to Philippe for hosting us! We had a lovely stay at Jeannine's place. Exactly at described, well-equipped and very clean, spacious with a lovely baclony. Very close to amenities and attractions. Jeannine and her husband are lovely hosts, always on hand if needed but also very discreet just leaving you to enjoy your time. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed one night as a couple in the accommodation offered. It went very well. The accommodation is very well located. We were close to Saint Malo intra muro, Dinard and Cancale that we were able to visit on our two days. Very well equipped accommodation. We were able to cook on site without any particular difficulty. It was ideal for our short-stay format.

We had a great weekend at Clément and Christine's who hosted us remarkably well. The apartment is impeccable, of impeccable cleanliness and very well-equipped (nothing is missing). It is also decorated with a lot of taste and attention, which gives it a warm atmosphere, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment's comfortable exteriors offer remarkable views of Saint Malo on one side and Dinard on the other. The residence, very secure, is in absolute calm, in a green environment with walking distance to the beach! In addition, the welcome from our hosts was friendly and the contact very easy. Great stay at this listing! This one was clean, well equipped, and missing nothing. Located about fifteen minutes drive from the center, and a few minutes walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy the place and the setting. The place is very quiet with swimming pool and assigned parking space. Sophie is very responsive in answering our questions.

Very nice accommodation, identical to the photos. Beachfront apartment ideal for fishing or the beach. 10 min drive from the intramuros. All amenities nearby. Very well furnished apartment, very clean with all amenities (much more than in other rentals). Really nothing to say. Good surprise upon check in: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels provided on arrival. The bedding is top notch. A small path at the end of the land takes us directly to the port, where shops, bars and restaurants and restaurants are located. In addition: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxing break.
