Everything great, apartment as described. Nice, quiet location. We arrived with two cars, which was also no problem regarding parking. About 10 minutes to the lake and restaurants within easy walking distance. Federico was always available for questions, very nice communication. It was a very nice vacation ☺️

A fantastic property with the most amazing views! We had a lovely holiday at Helen’s property as a family. Helen was so friendly and gave us great recommendations. We would love to go back again. Tobole had some great restaurants and we enjoyed visiting other towns in the north of the lake by boat and on the bus.

Lately I had always come across B&Bs with self check-in and managed by organizations that aim to make money. Agnese's house is really Agnese's house and her hospitality was excellent and sincere (including sweets, like muffins, with apples and walnuts, found on the table: excellent). In the house there is everything to feel good, the area is very quiet. Really pleasant stay

We had a great time. Compared to other accommodations, the kitchen was very well equipped, which was really great. The location was very nice, unfortunately the weather was not good enough to sit more on the terrace. The pizzeria in town makes really good food.

Unfortunately only for 2 days but I will definitely come back for more days

I can’t thank them enough!! The place was fantastic the view is great and the apartment is very clean!!. The hosts are really great people they helped me without anything in return. My car broke down in bolzano around 80 km from the apartment and they came to take me, they even communicate with the tow truck in italian. They picked me up and drove me to the train station the next day. They truly helped me when I thought my vocation got ruined. A great place with a great family. I hope I come again.

Spacious, just like the pictures indicates. Nice with two floors. Appreciated the desk at the second floor, under a big skylight, which I used as an office :-)

First of all, Elisabeth and her husband were always quick to respond to messages and were patient waiting for our arrival in the evening. Pros: nice, well-stocked, new and clean apartment. Cons: as a condiment there was only salt, it could also be useful to provide oil, etc. As only and only defect, perhaps the slight noise caused by the street but nothing can be done and it goes back to all the other qualities! I would say that the value is more than great, so if it happens I will come back here!
