Family-friendly vacation rentals in Dillon Reservoir

Booked a last minute getaway with a large group of friends. The home was clean and spacious. Nestled perfectly in natures surrounding, every angle of the wraparound porch provided a picturesque backdrop. We had a great stay and would recommend this home. The bedroom/bathroom count provided for great privacy for our large party. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub, but man we wanted to. As mentioned in other reviews, the altitude sickness was real. Every member of our party experienced different symptoms at one point or another. As regular travelers to the mountains, this was odd for the bulk of us. The heater in the home was on and working but struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. All of the bedrooms were fairly cold at night. Maybe ask for additional blankets if you’re visiting during the frigid months.

The accomodations were above and beyond our expectations! The condo was well stocked and instructions were clearly labeled and written. A true ski in/ski out- on the slopes in minutes and was nice to have options on skiing back depending upon skier's levels. Thank you!

It was a great stay with almost everything we could want from the condo. We had a family of 5 and slept comfortably in the condo and within close proximity to the mountain of Keystone. Overall good stay

Really enjoy our stay in Breckenridge and at this home. Had everything we needed and Adam was super responsive. Enjoyed the hot tub and views.

Our stay at Daniel's place was lovely! Daniel was accommodating and responsive, allowing us to bring an extra dog and an early check-in/late check-out. The backyard was the highlight for me (and the dogs), tons of space for them to run around and roll in the snow. Daniel met us in the driveway, went over how to keep the hot tub clean, and had gone over so it was ready for us when we arrived! A great stay and would definitely stay again!

Lovely condo for a weekend getaway. The area is so peaceful and quiet and the views of the mountains were great to see every morning/evening as the sun went down. Beds are extra comfy and there are 3 different hot tubs in the complex that was fun to switch up with my daughter. Also really appreciated the games and lego set, it's so nice to arrive to 'new toys' with a little kid in tow.

Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! Grateful! Thank you, Jody!

Such a great location between Silverthorn and A Basin… so easy to get to the mountain, without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

This was the perfect stay for our Breck trip! Very easy to walk to the shuttle that takes you right to the Gondola!

Place was perfect for a ski weekend! Location to downtown Frisco was ideal, and the place itself was actually nicer in person than it appears on pics

Great location - private, but a short drive into the charming town of Fairplay. Great space for a couple.

We booked this space for a long ski weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Located in the middle of Leadville and convenient to everything nearby. The house was clean and well equipped and the hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a day on the mountain. Would rent again!

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

Perfect for a family of 4. It was just a block away from main street and accross the street from ski rentals. Couldn't beat the price. There is a youtube video sent with helpful instructions to help make your way tk the apartment which was super helpful as we got in at midnight when nobody was around. Would stay here again in future.

Brian and his beautiful condo were both great. We have stayed in this condo before and were glad to be able to come back. Location is excellent, condo decor is beautiful, and equipment [humidifiers, fans, blankets, clothing hooks, etc] was just what we needed. Brian was very responsive to our questions with effective answers and actions as needed. This is a great place for 6 people. All three generations enjoyed our stay!! Don’t hesitate to try Columbine 205!!!

Marsha’s place was the perfect place for us. It was conveniently located near several ski resorts and comfortable for our family from the moment we got there. Beds are often a top concern of ours when we travel and we were happy because we all slept comfortably and well while there. It was nice to have a garage both in that we did not have to worry about parking, and for loading our things in and out. We enjoyed the community center and the pool/hot tubs. The kitchen had the tools we needed to be able to cook for ourselves for the week. We found Marsha’s place to be clean, cozy and as advertised. We wish that we always could stay at a place that brought us this type of ease while away from home. The cherry on top of our stay was Marsha herself. We got ourselves into quite the pickle during our stay and with no other options, we called Marsha. She was kind, steady, and helped find a quick solution. We are so thankful!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s condo! The condo was just as described. Very cozy with wonderful views of the mountain. We loved the ease of walking to the slopes and to downtown. We hope to come back someday!

Our spring break stay at Daniel’s place was wonderful. We had all the space we needed with three of our boys with us, and having the pool and hot tubs directly across the parking lot was a huge bonus. Daniel was very quick to respond to any communication and was a great host. Highly recommended!

Our stay was fantastic! Every window offered breathtaking views of the mountains, making for a truly relaxing experience. The game room and pool were perfect for quick entertainment with the kids, and the unit was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking essentials. Having a full grocery store just two miles away was incredibly convenient, and Uber had no trouble finding the location. Plus, Cat was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Brandi's place was perfect for my husband and I for a few days of skiing in Breck. The walk to the slopes was fine..maybe 10 minutes but pretty easy. It was very easy to walk downtown and enjoyable to be near the top of mainstream. The condo was exactly as advertised with very comfortable beds. The would be a perfect place for parents and one or two small children. The kitchen was very well equipped. Thank you Brandi. We will stay here again!

Fantastic 3BR 3 Bath. Modern high end kitchen. Great light in the living area. Bedding was awesome. Would definitely stay here again
