It is conveniently situated in the heart of Summit County ski resorts including Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail. Silverthorne, Frisco, and Vail are close by as well as great hiking and biking trails.

A picturesque mountain house is surrounded by tall pine trees, blanketed in snow. The structure features a sloped roof with multiple windows, and an inviting staircase leads to the entrance. The spacious driveway is covered in fresh snow, enhancing the serene winter atmosphere.

The VERY PRIVATE hot tub is nestled against the White River National Forest which borders the property.
