Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Dillon Beach

It's a pleasure for me to drop 5 hard-earned star's on Annie's Monte Rio cabin. The location is private, homey and beautiful, with a general store and river access a mile away and all the services of Monte Rio town not much further. The property itself is large and nestled amongst the redwoods for privacy and serenity, both of which are easily appreciated from the hot tub. The host is incredibly responsive and proactive in her communications, we felt right at home as soon as we punched in the keypad code. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

David's home in the Guerneville redwoods was a magical place for a solo retreat. The beauty and attention to detail was wonderful - from the art to the amenities to the guidebook! David was very responsive and kind in his communications. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and a nice deck out back to take it all in. Everything was as-advertised and it was well equipped for light at home cooking. Great place to stay.

We loved the property and its proximity to the water and two large beaches. The house itself is thoughtfully decorated and has the furnishings and supplies just like it would if someone actually lived there rather than the typical Airbnb “shell” that only has the bare necessities (or less). We did have an unfortunate complication that occurred when we arrived. Things happen, but what matters more than anything is how a host handles an unexpected event. Jay was kind, understanding, and empathetic and did everything needed to make things right. We will absolutely be back.

My second great stay at the Black Sheep! Very relaxing spot that’s close to everything I like to do in Sonoma County.

We have stayed at Nathan’s cottage several times and each time is absolutely incredible! The cottage is so comfortable and beautifully decorated, the surroundings are stunning, and Nathan is so wonderful to communicate with. You just feel surrounded by the nature and beauty of the area. We spent so much time being outside on the lovely deck just soaking up the ambience of the outdoors. It’s such a treat to visit time after time.

Great as always, this was our 3rd time and I know we will be back!

Loved every moment of our stay here! It was myself, my partner, our dog and 2 kids, the outside bath was magical and the well appointed nature of every aspect of the stay totally exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

The Fox Lodge is a very spacious home, ideal for group gathering, optimally located near Point Reyes/ Inverness and outdoor activities. The master bedroom suite was gorgeous with an amazing view and comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stoked with state of the art appliances, although a bit dark for food prep and with limited pantry space. The family room was very comfortable and cozy with a beautiful and large L-shaped couch ideal for lounging and relaxing. There is a nice deck off the kitchen/living room for outdoor dining and lounging. We enjoyed are stay!!

Lisa is an absolute five star host. She was kind in proactively sending us the instructions to her property, house rules and checkout instructions (all were very simple!). The property is a true gem. On the cliff, with a fabulous view and so private and relaxing. There is a market that is small but full of necessities near by that sell tasty sandwiches as well, which was a plus (we forgot to bring a few things!). Not too far from SF. I would love to return.

We loved every minute at Virginia’s place…it was one of our favorite Airbnbs ever! From the bottle of wine that greeted us upon arrival, to the lovely free pastries at the bakery to the hot tub under the stars and perfectly designed house…we didn’t want to leave!

This place is a real gem. It was so quiet, very clean and very comfortable with absolutely everything that we needed. The house managers went above and beyond to help us and were very friendly and available. We felt right at home. The area is also stunning, very close to great hikes, beautiful beaches, and the town of occidental has some great restaurants, as well as Bodega and Sebastopol which are close by.

My husband and I wanted a quiet place surrounded by nature to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This place was amazing! It was magical to enjoy our meals at one of the decks among the redwoods, and so cozy and peaceful wherever we looked at. We live less than an hour away from the Treehouse and are familiar with the area, but we felt we were far away from home. We will most definitely come back. We highly recommend this place!

The house is truly lovely. It is well appointed and everything has been thought of. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. It’s a super easy walk to the beach, but the parking is simple so you could drop off kiddos and stuff by car with ease. We enjoyed the deck and loved having our doggo with us in this special town. Thank you!

Harman’s place was a beautiful spot to spend the weekend. The house has stellar views and was impeccably clean. We had some of our friends stay with us, and while Dillon’s beach was hit with the foggy June gloom, we enjoyed staying in. The amenities were well stocked for families with little kids and Harman was a very responsive host!

Absolutely beautiful location, could not beat it! Hot tub was private with a view of the ocean and a peaceful place to enjoy the beach! The hosts were super responsive to questions and easy to check in and out.

Linda’s home in Glen Ellen was perfect! We were minutes from some great wineries and walking distance into town (restaurants, grocery store, bar, etc). The house is so inviting, we spent time reading, relaxing, and enjoying the backyard. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We went to Napa for a group ladies trip and Mark’s place was perfect. The location and decor was exactly as described and pictured. It was so beautiful and I also loved how private it was. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked with the utensils and everything you need to cook if you want to. If you don’t want to cook, then it is only 10 min from downtown Napa with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was nice to come back from wine drinking for the day and relax in the hot tub and pool, and we enjoyed the outdoor gas fireplace at night. Julie, the contact while there, was very accommodating with any questions we had. And Mark gave us great recommendations for restaurants and also a private driver, Paul Bailey, that took us to three incredible, boutique wineries. This place is perfect for a large group and we made a lot of good memories while there.

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. What a great find! The home was so cozy. Well equipped and decorated with attention to detail. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard is a perfect paradise and my family of 6 were so happy to spend time just chilling in that beautiful fruit tree lined backyard. Highly recommend!!

10/10 I stayed here with my girlfriend and my dog and it was really peaceful and had a great time,the pool and jacuzzi was amazing and the house was really clean🙌🏽😄

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations and was incredibly cozy, private, spacious, clean, and spa-like. It was luxurious! It was very pet-friendly, I brought my Labrador with me and he loved lounging on the deck. The weather subsided (though I love the rain) all day Friday to allow for an entire day outdoors! The hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. I loved that Matthew included local recommended spots to check out— I went to Russian River Brewing and Pacific Markets— both great spots with ample walking areas. The home decor is unique and has such character and charm without feeling like you’re stepping into “Magnolia Farms”— so far from it! There are beautiful works of art, antiques, classic and contemporary books; it’s lovely. Matthew is a responsive and kind, generous host. I found my stay tranquil and will be staying again as well as recommending to others! Matthew, thank you for providing a wonderful space for others to enjoy! All my best! Kaitlin & Buddy.
