Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dillon Beach

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The rental was amazing. Love the open concept overlooking the river and trees. The kitchen was huge and had all the cookware and accessories we needed. Loved the modern bathroom and beautiful shower. Overall, we loved the rental, and would love to come back and stay again.

WOW! We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and this one was one of the best!!! The home was super cozy and the absolute best views. Watching the fog lift was incredible. We also loved watching the deer on the property. The hosts answered all of our questions and gave us a great restaurant recommendation and we loved it so much we ate there every night 😊 We used the hot tub every day and it was fantastic and very clean. The home had everything we needed and more! It got very light in the early morning so I would suggest a sleep mask if you like to sleep in. Everything was a 10 out of 10! Definitely want to come back!!!

I stayed here with my wife and 15 month old daughter. It was a perfect getaway for our family, located right off PCH with easy access to local beaches and restaurants. The home was very well appointed with everything we could need including kitchenware as well as toys for our developing toddler. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. You can’t beat the view from the hot tub!

Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

The view was wonderful and you really are a very short walking distance from the ocean. It's basically across the street. While it was very windy during our stay, we found that the glass panels on the patio shield the seating area from the worst of it, so you can still enjoy the nice view from out there. We also appreciated the wood pellet stove, nice kitchen for cooking, and great shower.

The Sea-renity House is one of the nicest homes I’ve had the chance to stay in. The views are incredible, and it’s a perfect spot for kids with plenty of space to enjoy. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, couldn’t have been easier. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This is an extremely peaceful and comfortable home. It was exactly as described. Sara was clearly available and offered to help as much as needed. The only down side, and one that I take full responsibility of, was the weather. Sara has no control over that and I should have done my homework. Despite the gloomy weather, it was a great place to get away and enjoy the sounds of the ocean in a private comfortable setting.

This place is paradise. The views are unreal, coast to coast green and sea, kite sailers and hangliders. You walk about 5 minutes to the beach you can see from much of the house. The home is incredibly spacious; we were two families each with two preschoolers and somehow there was enough distance within the house that one batch of kids could sleep while another batch napped. The fenced in yard kept the kids entertained when it was rainy and cold and none of the adults wanted to sit at the beach. Total dream stay!

In a quiet neighborhood; clean and attractive, easy to find, all that I needed for my stay. Rhonda was friendly and helpful. It was also an excellent place for working remotely. I will certainly return whenever I'm in Santa Rosa.

We had a fantastic stay at the Valley View apartment! Lynn gave us clear directions, and her detailed guidebook was incredibly helpful for planning our time in Napa and Sonoma. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, with stunning views and a beautifully maintained property. We loved the peaceful setting. There are cows on the property, plus we spotted turkeys, deer, and even got daily visits from Hazel the cat, which was such a sweet bonus. This is a truly special place, and Lynn is an exceptional host. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely stay at Amy’s place! Thank you for the eggs and yummy muffins. We loved the comfy robes and appreciated the hot tub. Place was great and we loved the neighborhood where you live and great to be walking distance to so many places. I would stay here again!

Absolutely incredible place! I have stayed at many airbnbs either for private travel or travel with large groups and this has by far been my favorite places we stayed at. Incredibly peaceful and friendly community, reminded me a lot of my hometown up in the mountains. There is plenty of adventures to go on if you are a nature lover. If you are not a fan of small communities without any “main brand” franchises near by, you might want to consider staying somewhere closer to Mill Valley but the family owned businesses here are top notch! The hiking trail right by the house was incredible and the beaches there private and very well maintained. Belinda and her husband were always responsive even though we didn’t have many questions and were great hosts with many recommendations that we went to! I couldn’t recommend this place enough especially if you need a secluded retreat! Will definitely be coming back here again!

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. It was immaculately clean with vibrant, fun, eclectic decor. We loved the style and setup. It was well equipped and then some! Thoughtful touches. Such a cozy and comfortable place to stay. Bed was very comfortable Nice hot shower with ever toiletry you can think of available for guests. The patio was exceptional, again beautifully decorated. We enjoyed starting our day with coffee out there. Location was perfect. Downtown Petaluma minutes away. Surrounding area has breweries and wineries. Monica was a very attentive host, checking in to see if we needed anything a few times during our stay. Excellent communication. Answered our questions prior to booking. We have family in San Fran and will absolutely make this place our home base whenever we visit.

The Treehouse was a beautiful spot in a beautiful location. It’s close to lovely shops, the views from the room are gorgeous, and the host is very welcoming and thoughtful. I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at the farm! Comfortable, safe, clean, and convenient. Eileen was super responsive and gave us a ton of suggestions for things to do. The house was easy to find and in a really beautiful area surrounded by farms. We would definitely stay here again when in Sonoma!

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb! The space was quaint and impeccably clean, nestled in a cozy and quiet area that made for a relaxing getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got plenty of restful sleep. We appreciated the soft, fluffy towels available, even though we didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen. The grounds of the property are beautiful, and having a Starbucks within sight was a lovely bonus for that morning caffeine boost. However, the coffee provided in the condo was perfect for our needs, and we took full advantage of it. Getting around Napa was a breeze with quick Uber services available whenever we needed them. Overall, we had no issues at all and can't wait to come back!

Pamela’s home was a home Away from home . Very comfortable amenities, tastefully furnished , fabulous king bed and spacious bathroom . Pamela had thought of everything a guest might need or want . The apartment was private and quiet and the area felt very safe with lots of nice neighbour restaurants only a 10 minute walk away . Easy public transport options as well . A great stay!

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.

Perfect place to stay in Alameda with young kids! Kimberly’s condo had a pack and play, highchair, and even toys for my young children to play with. The walk in closet was a great space to put the pack and play to add some separation for nap and overnight sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Ehson's place was a little haven during our stay in San Francisco, located in a wonderful neighborhood. As with any old building, you might hear the upstairs neighbors sometimes, but it's all absolutely worth it for the view and the cozy atmosphere. The sunset from the rooftop terrace is addictive. It’s a great spot: you can walk everywhere, and the cable car is right there. There’s also a great little grocery store on the corner, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

The absolute perfect choice for our stay in Napa! The condo was clean, quiet and so comfortable. Debbie went above and beyond with her suggestions, communication throughout and even stocked the fridge with many breakfast goodies for us - an unexpected surprise!
