Great stay in Santa Rosa, especially for pets! Was able to walk downtown, enjoy the hot tub, and enjoy a cute bungalow for the weekend. Would stay again! Thanks Allen!

We enjoyed our stay here! Nice place surrounded by beautiful trees and has really pretty sky lights. Place was clean and instructions given for check in were detailed and easy to follow. Griselda is very kind and easy to work with. We had an incident where the dishwasher stopped working and she had a repair person come in the next hour. Very responsive and kindly offered both late check out and early check in. Would recommend and stay here again!

We really really like this place. Time moves slower, and it feels very restorative, even if it’s just a weekend. Will easily go again.

My little family was in desperate need of a getaway and some quality family time. Jeannette's house was just what we needed. It was a cold and wet weekend in Rio Nido, but that was fine by us. The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful, and we had the most lovely dog walks exploring the area. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The heated blankets were a nice touch! We made excellent use of the hot tub, and spied some cool wildlife from our very comfortable position in the jacuzzi. My daughter was very excited for the hot cocoa K-cup pods and I certainly appreciated the coffee options. The neighborhood was very quiet (I'm guessing because we were there in Feb. and not the more popular summer season). Having the Roadhouse so close was convenient, but we mostly did our own cooking. Friendly heads up that the smoke detectors are very sensitive (a good thing!) so turn on fan and open windows before cooking on the stove! :)

I'm tempted to only say horrible lies about this place, because I want to keep this gem all to myself. But I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this place. The location was gorgeous, the interior design was beautiful, and the hot tub in the middle of the redwoods was just the cherry on top.

Our family of three had a wonderful time at Riverwood! We appreciated the thoughtful touches -tea kettle, garlic press, as well as books and guides to local history, flora and fauna. The home was clean and comfortable, and the grounds were enchanting! Buttercups bloomed along the path to the river, and the redwood trees towered overhead. The back porch offered a gorgeous view and vantage point to enjoy the birds and wildlife! Don't forget your binoculars! While it was foggy during our springtime stay, the hot tub, claw foot bathtub and fireplace kept us cozy. Town, river beaches, Armstrong Redwoods state park and Jenner by the Sea are all easily accessible from the property's location. Riverwood was a very peaceful and beautiful place to be! Sangeeta was a communicative and attentive host. We had a seamless stay, and no problem finding the property. Communication and directions were all very clear and detailed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I had a magic few days at Lori and Mike's. I drive a VW passat and I found the drive up the mountain to be non-challenging and even very fun by the end. The hosts are cool and easy to get along with. A+ doggo. Hot tub was great. Pool was fun. I usually stay in SF when I'm in the Bay Area. This was much more lovely and relaxing, with SF close enough that going in for dinner or a show felt like it wasn't a big deal. 100% would recommend this place. I brought my cat and had my lady friend with me for a night. Everyone loved it.

Absolutely stunning view and very private location. Plenty of room for our group and we especially appreciated the dog run off the master bedroom for convenience for our pup. The house has everything you need and the upstairs living areas are a bit more updated. Very comfortable to hang out and just enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The deck was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Lovely artist’s cottage! The owner’s art and collections are on display, I kept seeing something new every day. Very comfortable and easy to walk to the beach or into town. Had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Slept really well!!

This review is actually from my husband (we booked his stay through my Airbnb account): My second stay here with just a 2 day break in between, 7+ weeks in all at Amy’s and Edgar’s. Lovely people. Very welcoming. Everything I needed to be comfortable and functional - including remote work situation - and great hiking just outside the door, during a particularly stressful period in my life.

I am a return visitor because the space is great. Peaceful surroundings with easy access to downtown restaurants. Grocery just down the street as well. Surely to return again!

I stayed here for a month and it was great, I highly recommend! As described and seen in the pictures. Annie was helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. I think this apartment is perfect for 1-2 people with a child or small/medium-sized pet. Clean and cozy with nice, warm lighting. The bed was comfy, kitchen was small but well-equipped, living room was roomy with a medium-sized couch, and bathroom more than sufficient. I loved relaxing on the deck as well! The neighborhood is hilly and beautiful, close to bus/ferry/restaurants/stores. Touristy downtown, but not as much in the immediate vicinity. I walked A LOT with my dog and enjoyed it, but the hills can be steep! Definitely a very safe area. The only “con” is, in my opinion, it’s just a bit expensive for the size. However, I understand it’s in a pretty wealthy neighborhood and am sure Airbnb fees/taxes account for a decent part of the cost. Suffice to say, this is a once-in-a-long-while stay for me. Hopefully that’s fair.

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

Camille was accommodating! Super friendly and non intrusive. The space was exactly what we expected! We were so happy to have our dog with us as we explored the area. Would definitely come back again!

Linda’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great. A quick walk into the adorable town of Glen Ellen. The backyard is gorgeous and the spa pool was a fun perk to enjoy.

Had an amazing stay at Gina’s house for a girls retreat weekend. The house is amazing with really good vibes! Kitchen was fantastic for cooking group meals and overall could not have asked for a better place!

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Tina's home! Tina was so welcoming and offered flexible check-in/out times. She also left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge. The home is in a beautiful, rural part of Sonoma. It's such a peaceful and private location, but close to everything! We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons above the backyard in the morning and going on walks/runs from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I can't wait to come back with my family!

The most incredible home and location!! So far exceeded our expectations!! The setting was gorgeous and serene and perfectly located - short drive to amazing restaurants and vineyards!! We’re already searching for our next opportunity to visit this amazing property!! Couldn’t recommend it more!!!

Had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage. Extremely peaceful and as others have mentioned, much larger than the photos depict. Our dogs loved exploring the spacious yard and we felt so cozy and at home playing games around the fireplace. We stayed on a mostly rainy weekend, but there was still so much to do. Would love to enjoy this home in the warmer months. Thanks again to Russian River Getaways for another great stay.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

Not only was the house super cute with big pool and hot tub, but a well stocked kitchen with quality pots and pans, snacks, and wonderful gas range. We had a great time staying at happy house and Brook was super friendly and gracious. She rushed over when there was a question and was so helpful.
