The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, swimming lakes and natural surroundings. Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located in the high paterre of an old building and is about 50 sqm in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160x200 large double bed. In the living room there is also a 90x190 bed next to the sofa. There are some cozy seating areas in the courtyard. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. A parking space for your car is available in the yard.

Enjoy the hikes in the national park, refresh yourself at the many accessible springs, swim in the beautiful Edersee, visit pretty towns like Bad Wildungen and ....

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

The apartment is in the back of the ground floor with exit to the garden. In the bedroom there is a double bed (2x2) and in the living room the couch can also be used as a sleeping place.
