We did not have the opportunity to meet Aurelio but rather his daughter Andrea. They were very friendly and flexible on arrival. The place matched our expectations, easy access to the beach. We only used our vehicle once to do the shopping as there is no supermarket close enough to walk to. We had a little noisy concern about the neighborhood but Aurelio reacted very quickly and solved this problem and we thank him for that! We really appreciated the ease of access to the beach. In terms of shops, it's quite secluded but that's kind of what we were looking for. The beach is very beautiful, the water is very clear and we walk for very long meters. Very nice with children! Thanks to Aurelio and his daughter. We would recommend their place and would love to go back, hoping to meet him next time!

For beach lovers, the apartment is simply a dream! From the huge balcony you can look directly at the sea and the beautiful mountains in the hinterland. The beach is beautiful, you have sun from morning to evening. In the windsurfing school next door you can attend classes and rent equipment. Supermarkets, restaurants and Denia can be reached quickly by car. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has everything you need, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back soon. Communication with Manon was great, thank you!

A spacious private terrace features a large dining table surrounded by comfortable chairs, ideal for outdoor meals. Soft lounge seating is arranged along one side, offering a relaxing space. Panoramic views of the surrounding area can be seen beyond the glass railing.

Wonderful house. Luxury development. Excellent cleanliness and everything was new. Very well furnished and decorated in detail. The agents of Vivla are very friendly and respond very quickly.

A clear view of a spacious swimming pool reflects the surrounding white villa. Lifebuoys are positioned on nearby pillars, and several white chairs are arranged around the pool area. Sunlight creates shimmering patterns on the water, enhancing the overall tranquil ambiance.

The place was perfect for us with two small children. The garden is fenced, we could always go to the animals and the beach is within walking distance. Our highlight was the poolside pony.

Javier is an excellent host and has been attentive to everything we needed. The apartment was located in a very quiet area and the views from the terrace were amazing. The apartment was comfortable and with everything you need to have a great vacation.
