From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

Cycling, hiking in the Altmühl Valley or climbing in the Black Labyrinth Valley is an experience. In the evening, relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and great views.

Idyllically quiet apartment in the Laabertal on the edge of the forest and yet only a 15-minute drive from the world heritage city of Regensburg (also very good bus and train connections available). Great hiking and cycling trails (e.g. Alpine and Jurasteig) directly from the front door. In addition, Nittendorf offers a good supply of everyday necessities. Located in the quiet and idyllic village of Matting on the Danube. Many leisure activities such as hiking, biking or SUB-riding on the Danube are possible. Regensburg can easily be reached in 12 minutes by car. The apartment is on the first floor in a detached house. The terrace on the east side is ideal for breakfast with the morning sun. The terrace on the south side has an open fireplace and leads into the garden. The hosts live on the 2nd floor.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
