Vacation rentals with a patio in Destin

Highly recommend! Beautiful location, condo was amazing and matched the listing perfectly! Joe was very prompt with responses when needed. We look forward to booking through him again for next year’s trip!

Literally breath taking views! We rented the 3rd floor unit facing the beach, you couldn’t ask for better views. The beach was amazing also, white sand beach, clean and not packed (we went in May). The room itself was exactly what we needed, a bed, table, kitchen and a bathroom. Everything worked and was super clean! Erica was very responsive with every question I had. She also gave local recommendations and we utilized the free pass to an evening catamaran sunset cruise. General review - One thing we wish we did was rent a golf cart or car, we did A LOT of walking, which is fine -my shins would say otherwise. We would definitely come back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

WOW!! This place is stunning!! The PERFECT beach condo!! The condo is gated which helped us worry less about our vehicle in the lot, the attendant made laps thru the day and night. Room check in was easy. The communication between the host was top notch!! Response with in seconds, checked on us, and gave local recommendations. The condo was extremely clean. And had cleaning caddys available which I loved bc Im a lil OCD. Decor and furniture was timeless (felt like a was in Z gallery beach edition) The host thought of everything and then some! The location was perfect. A beautifully furnished patio with a view of the beach. The fellas working the chairs and umbrellas were kind and so helpful. Would stay here again! 10 out of 10!!

Great place in a wonderful location, just a few minutes walk from the beach Great hosts and the apartment had everything you need for a wonderful beach break Really appreciate the beach towels, parasol and beach chairs 3 smart tvs, washer : dryer and a fully fitted kitchen Can’t recommend enough

My family had an amazing stay! Everything was clean and we loved the area! We walked to the Baytown ward most nights. It was clean and peaceful. Will definitely be back!! I made a mistake and didn’t have my correct phone number on file to get my parking pass, Adam was kind enough to send me the link to my updated number, thank you Adam!!

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Great stay! Alena's place ha everything we needed for a week at the beach. The condo looks just like the pictures and was spotless. It's just a short walk to the beach and also a few restaurants! Will definitely stay again!

This condo is conveniently located on the beach and near local stores and restaurants. Lisa was responsive and gave clear instructions. The condo was clean and we felt right at home. We really appreciated how spacious the condo was and we could spread out. Great condo, highly recommend booking here. We’d definitely book again.

This was our first family vacation that all of our children were able to go on in a past few years. The house and location were wonderful. I was hesitant cause we normally stay in a different area while in Destin. But this house was perfect for all of us. Close to anything and everything you could want. But yet the peacefulness that we all wanted. The pool and fenced in back yard were perfect for all of us and our 2 small dogs. Definitely was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vacation for all of us.

We had the best time possible loved everything about the place. Didn't want to leave. Makes you wanna move in permanently. Very homely which takes all the stress away. Wouldn't go with anywhere else on next trip hopefully soon!

This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Ken’s and it was great! Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud with their kids stomping but that’s not Ken’s fault. Besides that, we do plan to stay again next year but preferably with both units and more family to avoid the loud upstairs. The location is perfect to grocery and shopping stores and the beach is directly across the street. Ken even met us to formerly introduce himself which made us even more comfortable. Overall, we will be back and cannot thank Ken enough for the awesome hospitality, home, amenities, and cleanliness. This place is a gem! Highly recommended :-) plus our daughter loved feeding the turtles in the back yard and the perfect sunset views over the lake. Thank Ken!

CUTEST house! So clean! In an idyllic neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely go back. We felt very safe, had the easiest little walk to the beach, and my youngest even made friends with guests staying in another house. Very family friendly! My daughter and I kept saying we felt close to good restaurants and shopping but still tucked away. I felt pricing was very fair considering we were there during Memorial Day weekend. The house and amenities are well thought out. Fantastic experience at Sugar Sugar!

My wife and I stayed at Nancy’s house for our 6 year wedding anniversary it was so nice! Very peaceful and relaxing so close to the destin bridge we were able to take a 10 min ride over and enjoy ourselves would highly recommend her to anyone great host

Great Place, Excellent set up! Perfect for groups of 4, excellent place for a couples trip! Very responsive and helpful would definitely stay again!

Roxana was extremely responsive, very kind, and answered every question I had thoroughly. I felt that her condo offered a very safe, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Some people had stated that they were able to hear the elevator in use. While we were able to hear it, we did not find that it was very loud or disruptive. We did find that the lock on the door was a little tricky at first. We thought that it was not locking at all when we tried to lock it from the inside. However it was a user error, haha. The pool during the time that we went was very cold but it was very nice and a good size! The area directly behind the condo is shopping and activity filled. Lots to do and great for kids! However, there were plenty of bars and more adult activities too! All conveniently in walking distance. Not to mention a small grocery store directly under the condo! 10/10 absolutely would stay again! We will be back!

Jennifer was a great host & very responsive when I reached out! It looked just like the pictures and the view was perfect to watch the sunset! Beach access was very easy & I love that they included 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach with our stay! We are a family of 5 & had plenty of space and felt right at home. We will be back & highly recommend!

We stayed in 1917 at Pelican Beach Resort with our 2 year old and it was a great family trip. We like PBR for the multiple pools and cafe on site. We don’t have to go back to the room if we forget a drink or need a snack. The condo was very nice and well appointed. The power was out in the whole building when we arrived but was quickly restored and Barry and Katherine kept us up to speed the whole time. Plenty of towels and a full spice rack which we needed for cooking in. Coffee pods and creamer were nice. There were beach chairs and an umbrella on the spare room closet which were nice to have just incase. We opted to rent the set up from the provider on the beach since we already had the wagon full of toys and what not. We could not locate a drying rack for dishes and when we asked Barry and Katherine about it they immediately had a rack, drying mats, dish towels, and extra pot holders sent over, thanks! Reminder-Elevators can get congested around check out time. We loved our stay!

We had an amazing time here. Was perfect for my kids & family. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was also great. It had a very clean pool, lots of communal beach toys for my kids. Edward was a great host.

IT WAS THE PERFECT MOTHER DAY WEEKEND! EVERYTHING WAS ACCESSIBLE, FOOD WAS GREAT, MORE THAN ENOUGH EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY, CRAB ISLAND IS THE SPOT! AND A GREAT HOST TO TOP IT OFF. EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS PROVIDED!

This place was beautiful, we felt right at home. It was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, perfectly located and at night sitting on the balcony is so relaxing, the breeze is so nice. We would definitely come back!

The condo was beautifully decorated! It had everything we needed. The view was superb! We had a family emergency and had to leave promptly. I accidentally left the coffee pot on in our haste. Robert was very gracious when I called him an hour later and said he would just send security to turn it off. We will definitely look for his condo when we book again !

Hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful. Absolutely love the condo and area. our favorite thing was opening the big doors in the morning.
