This great old building apartment is very tasteful and stylishly furnished. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our stay in Leipzig, everything was easily accessible. Great little place in a great location, steps away from many restaurants, bars, museums and shops and in the other direction, steps to miles of walking paths along the river. The place has everything you need and big windows with afternoon sun. What a great find! Fabian was super responsive and helpful. I arrived earlier in the day and he was very accommodating, so nice!

Nice apartment in the city center with balcony

We spent a nice long weekend in Halle to explore the city and nature. Falko's place was ideal for this! Thanks to the central location and good connection to public transport and various shopping opportunities, we were able to reach everything quickly, but also found enough relaxation in the quiet backyard and on the large balcony. The apartment itself was clean and everything was available for a pleasant and carefree stay, including various useful little things (shower gel, oil, spices). For a longer stay, we would only need a dishwasher+microwave. Communication with Falko was always quick and straightforward and he had numerous helpful tips for exploring the city. :) We were also very pleased that we could enter the apartment a little earlier after arrival to store the suitcases and warm up a little. Since we also fell in love with Halle a bit, we will gladly come back to Falko's place on occasion. :)

Tali is a great host! She was very quick to respond to my questions, even when we arrived a little later than expected. She was already waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. As a result, we immediately felt very comfortable in a strange city for us. The apartment is compact and beautiful, on the ground floor with entrance via a courtyard. It is located in the hip, alternative district of Lindenau, within walking distance of the incredibly nice Karl Heine strasse, where there are many nice restaurants and separate shops. The tram also stops in this street, so you can be in the beautiful historic center in fifteen to 20 minutes. Despite the proximity to this shopping street, the apartment is very quiet. In the evening it was very quiet in the residential streets behind. We are super happy that we were able to stay in Tali's apartment. If we go back to this beautiful, bustling city, we will definitely stay in her apartment again.

Lutz is a very good host, responded quickly and welcomed us warmly. The place is super located with the ÖNV directly and quickly (about 15 min) to the train station, downtown or Quaterback Immobilien Arena. Ideally suited for two people and very well equipped. Also with dishes, towels, etc. Shopping m outside the front door and 3 bakeries to choose from. We will be happy to come back.

We had a totally relaxing few days at this beautiful place. The communication with Anke is really super friendly. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared - we even had a new tube of toothpaste available 👍 (which we unfortunately forgot). If necessary, shampoo etc. would have been available. Great location, on the outskirts of the place. Directly opposite is a "country path" on which long walks are possible. Everything is fine and exactly as we imagined it😊 Thank you dear Anke 😍 We will be back for sure!!!!

As soon as we came to this apartment it felt immediately like home for us. Franziska and Sebastian made sure that everything we needed will be available to us and even went out of their way in order to ensure that our visit in Leipzig will be ideal.
