Wherever you look the lake is exactly in front of you. Round the back of the building you get a remarkable view of an amazing ancient Roman's Monastery. The house is in an excellent position and the wind can always cuddle you. Very close to the centre of Desenzano and to every kind of comfort you need.

From here you get to the kitchen-living room with dining table and wood-burner stove. On the first floor is the living room and on the 2nd floor is two bedrooms and a bathroom. From the master bedroom you can enjoy a fantastic view over the lake and Monte Baldo. In the morning, the room is flooded with sunshine.
