We recommend this place to everyone! Tamara and Lorenzo are both very nice and received us directly in a friendly way. In addition to a tour of the apartment with all the important information, there were also other written tips as well as juice, water and chocolate eggs corresponding to the season for us. Tamara is extremely responsive to messages. Apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped! The kitchen has everything you could want, the appliances are all new as well. Linens, towels, etc. are available and very fresh. The bathroom is also very good, water pressure was great. The apartment is a good size and has a parking space behind a gate. Tamara and Lorenz even thought of an umbrella for us and have already turned on the heater in advance, as we unfortunately had bad luck with the weather. We are absolutely thrilled and would love to come back. Thank you!

The house is lovely. You immediately perceive a welcoming atmosphere and attention to the smallest details. Everything is extremely clean and tidy, from the main rooms to the less visible corners. Not to mention the wonderful welcome received from Gianmaria, his wife and children. They're exceptional people. They made me feel at home. I hope to be back soon!

Despite my work trip, I felt at home. Tastefully furnished apartment, equipped with all the comforts and, above all, clean. Great location as it is within walking distance of the center of Valeggio and the Borghetto. Extremely kind and helpful Hosts.

Everything was perfect.

The place is very nice and we would go back there anytime. The apartment was incredibly clean and the air conditioning made the warmth bearable for us on the hot days. We were able to sleep incredibly well there. Lake Garda is a few minutes' walk away, as well as the swimming spots. Restaurants and shopping are also a few minutes' walk away. We would recommend the place at any time and will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay, it was a 7 minute drive to central sirmione which was the purpose of our visit, nice and clean and spacious apartment and lovely host who looked after us well with clear instructions on how to get in and find the apartment etc, great communication and was very kind :)!

It is our second time in San Felice del Benaco in this cosy place. We spent again a great family time between hiking, swimming in the lake and the pool, visiting Verona or some nearby waterfalls. That’s really perfect spot to be! We love it and this year A/C made a stay even more comfy during heatwaves. Definitely to recommend to all.

We have spent 6 nights in this beautiful place. Although there are many excursion possibilities on Lake Garda, we only went away once because we wanted to enjoy every minute in the garden, on the private beach or in the Jacuzi. It was the perfect place for us to relax and simply do nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Giampaolo and his mother, who lives downstairs. She gifted us several times with something she had baked herself. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or making a barbeque in the garden. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

An extremely courteous and helpful host. I'd like to give more than 5 stars for it. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and was clean. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby. Various bus stops can be reached in a short time on foot. Definitely recommended 😃👍

We loved Massimo's sunny apartment with peaceful front yard over looking olive trees and blossoms where we enjoyed breakfast Situated a handy walking distance to Lake Garda where we had to have Campari Spirz by the lakeside watching swans and ducks as the sun was setting A must! A bonus to have a well stocked pantry with essentials. Full kitchen with reasonable sized lounge bedroom and bathroom. The apartment had a homely feel with some Massimo's daughters art work. Clean and nicely decorated. Massimo was friendy and quick to respond to any queries. Great to have a private garage under the apartment. Enjoyed the local historical sites including a Castle with a moat and some interesting Roman ruins at the end of the peninsula

Best accommodation on Lake Garda so far! 11 spacious, tastefully furnished, brand new and sparkling clean apartments, huge covered terraces. Air conditioning individually adjustable, shutters for complete blackout, mosquito screens. Highlight was the rooftop infinity pool overlooking the lake. No fight for loungers, there is more than enough room for everyone, beautifully green. Public beach a few meters away. Each apartment has its own locked parking space, unfortunately without shade. On the ground floor a really good Italian restaurant, which also delivers breakfast by room service on order. Currently costs 6 euros for standard breakfast, extras costs extra. In the evening from 6 pm, noon only open on weekends. Cristina, the boss, gives you fresh rolls at the reception in the morning. You absolutely need a car. Perfect for families, kids are welcome, yet it was very quiet and felt exclusive. We will be back!

The apartment was very clean and nice. Daniela was very friendly and easy to check in. The hot tub had a pleasant 36 to 38 degrees and was comfortably sufficient for 4 people max but 5 people. When the water was a little dirty after a few days, Daniela cleaned it very quickly. The only suggestion for improvement is clearly to support the two hedges at the jacuzzi, as we unfortunately did not have a lake view from the hot tub. All in all, top accommodation for sometimes rainy days thanks to the hot tub.

The accommodation and especially the view is fantastically beautiful! Gianangelo and his son Lucio welcomed us in a friendly way and are very likeable and accommodating hosts. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the great time!

Very nice and accommodating contact. I would definitely recommend the apartment and is also well suited for up to four people! The highlight is of course the hot tub.

There were four of us in Andrea's place at the beginning of May. He was already waiting for us on arrival and everything went smoothly. The place is really very nice, terrace with lake view. The hot tub, also with lake view, ended the evening nicely with fantastic sunsets. Many beautiful places are not too far away by car. If you have any questions or concerns, Andrea was quickly available. We'll definitely be back!

Little slice of heaven, only 3 accommodations that make this place very private. Services worthy of a beautiful hotel. Bonus for the spa accessible from all rooms giving access to a sauna, hammam, sensory shower and jacuzzi. The view and natural pool beautifully complete the exceptional character of the place.

The apartment was very nicely furnished and lovingly decorated. In the evening it is very quiet and you can enjoy everything on the roof terrace. Were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back

The stay at the place was impeccable! The host was even so nice and picked us up at the bus stop (arrival by FlixBus) and brought us to the accommodation, he had offered the same to us again on departure. Furthermore, we felt well taken care of, as we always received an immediate response (we had once locked ourselves out and within a few minutes someone came to unlock us)! That's not all a matter of course :) The place was clean and very well equipped! The kitchen had everything your heart desires and you could also cook for yourself in this great place. Wonderful restaurants can also be found within walking distance. A bus stop is nearby (approx. 1 minute walking distance from the property). The bus runs from there in one direction to Desenzano (via Sirmione center) and in the other direction to Verona (via Peschiera). Thus, day trips are also super possible! We will be happy to come back. 🫶
