Monthly Rentals in Des Moines

Very helpful to have backyard access for my dogs, beautiful eclectic garden. Very comfortable bed and although I didn’t need the fridge or stove, it’s nice to know they were there. I didn’t notice if there were any utensils or dishes besides mugs. Quiet neighborhood and great sleeping!

My stay at Sarah’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, I felt welcome – communication was quick and easy, and Sarah is an incredibly kind and hospitable host. The apartment was perfectly clean, cozy, and well-equipped – everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location was very convenient, with easy access to the main attractions in the area. Brenda and Mike are lovely hosts. It’s a really cute basement flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although it’s located in a residential neighborhood, it’s easy to get around and there is plenty to do in the Des Moines area. There’s a nice park less than a block away. No complaints at all and looking forward to staying there again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the space was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable! The location was great, right next to old downtown West Des Moines, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and parks near by! Hosts were really nice, gave local recommendations and quick with responses. Kitchen was well stocked, cooked almost all our meals there. We stayed for 2 months and would highly recommend Chris’s place for your stay in West Des Moines!
