Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Tussen Westfriesche omringdijk en Zee ligt het kleine landelijke dorpje Burgerbrug. Achterin de schuur ligt een knus appartementje waar je heerlijk tot rust kan komen. De omgeving is prachtig. Er is geen ontbijt service. Wel zijn er een koelkast, combimagnetron en 2 pit inductiekookplaat aanwezig. Tv op de slaapkamer is alleen voor streamen. Eigen douche en toilet.
