Beautiful and super comfortable house for a family stay, with canal front and very manicured garden in a quiet and very beautiful village. 30 minutes drive to Amsterdam. Bike tours can also be made from De Rijp. Easy communication with the host, always available. Three handmade cats keep you company during your stay :)

Justus & Heleen's house is absolutely fantastic, the photos don't do it justice as it is larger and better equipped than described. Extremely comfortable and for us ideally situated being only 10 minutes drive from the Medemblik Regatta Center where we were sailing. The area is peaceful, and local supermarkets excellent as well as a local restaurant serving good food. We will be back soon!

Irma was a friendly interested host, easy to get in touch with. Wonderful place, it was just a little too cold to sit outside but next to the pipo wagon there is a greenhouse where it is nice to sit and wonderful in terms of temperature. Cozy decor, everything is fine and definitely recommended!

We had a great holiday

What a nice place! Our weekend in the yurt was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, comfortable and with lots of privacy. Upon arrival, we were able to enter the yurt immediately, after which host Elles enthusiastically guided us around. The yurt is in a private place with its own hot tub, sanitary facilities and kitchenette. Waking up with chickens and dogs, drinking coffee overlooking the bulb fields and long sun on the terrace: great! During the day, it gets warm in the yurt, but it cools down quickly in the evening. The sanitary facilities are a few meters away and a bit outdated, but that actually contributes to the rural feeling. You can get the wood for the hot tub yourself in a wheelbarrow at the shed, where there are also nice bicycles (and even a tandem!). Cycling around the area was a pleasure, also recommended: Hoenderdaell Zoo. We have completely relaxed and enjoyed our first time in a yurt. Certainly subject to repetition!

A family getaway with five people was planned. The house is scenic, the village and beach are also easily accessible on foot, the path through a nature reserve is magical. The house exactly matches the descriptions, is spacious and bright – even in bad weather, if you can't use the enclosed garden with sun and shade spots, you are welcome to stay here. Those who feel like cooking will get their money's worth in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen. We had a very nice and pleasant stay, thank the hostess for making this great accommodation possible at such short notice and would be happy to come back.

Our team of 6 people, business travel after one night, 1, the owner of the house proactively communicated to confirm the arrival time, it was planned to arrive at 8:30, the actual arrival was 9:30 -10, with 1 hour notice, the host was very patient; 2, There is a tree house and a swing in the house; 3. Easy parking🅿️; 4. Surrounded by 2.5km sea and beach, there are shells on the beach🐚, which is suitable for walking to see the beach🏖️;

Sam's place had everything we needed! Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were comfortable. It's not far to walk to the beach from the house. Perfect for a weekend away!

I loved the place so much tat this was my second visit!

We had a wonderful stay in Alkmaar and in the apartment! The communication with Diwa was great, she welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information, we could always contact her and she was super friendly. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful balcony and a great view. We loved, that it’s located in the middle of the city with nice cafés around the corner. For parking there are good options that Diwa told us about. We totally recommend staying in Diwas apartment and would love to come back!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at the Farm with Patries and Mike! We had the most amazing time staying at Patries and Mike’s farm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. Patries and Mike are truly exceptional hosts – warm, generous, and full of heart. You can feel how much love and care they put into their place and into every guest they welcome. The farm itself is a little slice of paradise. Surrounded by nature, animals, and peace, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, slow down, and reconnect with what really matters. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds – and especially the proud rooster announcing each new day with great enthusiasm! There’s a real sense of authenticity and warmth here that’s hard to put into words – you simply have to experience it. Thank you, Patries and Mike, for opening your hearts and your home to us. We left with full hearts, new inspiration, and the feeling that we had just spent time with old friends. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt comfortable right from the beginning. The location was ideal – quiet but still central, so we could easily reach everything. We particularly liked the warm communication with the host- always friendly, helpful and reliable. A small note: the stairs to the apartment are – typical of this beautiful old building – a bit steep. It wasn't an issue for us, but you should know. We would love to come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

We were very warmly welcomed by Maya and there was even a nice bouquet of flowers, a bottle of wine and a treat for our dog. This was a great surprise. We liked the little cottage and the garden very much, everything was as described. We had a nice time there and will definitely be happy to come back.

Tatjana is a very warm host, she showed us the house and gave many tips for the area. Our 3-night stay at Tatjana's house was very nice. There was nothing missing. Communication was also flawless. Tatjana responded very quickly and we felt very well taken care of. The location right next to the lighthouse (good orientation aid😊) was simply fantastic. It was very quiet and yet you were 2 minutes away from the beach or the shopping mile with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. We were also very pleased with the private parking. We highly recommend this sweet accommodation and would love to come back.

Great place for anyone who loves horses and nature. Nice and quiet but you are still in the city quickly. In the evening we had a visit from 2 cats on the stairs who were very happy about petting units.. At night we accompanied the silence of the neighing and hoofbeats of the horses in the stable. We found it very nice The apartment was reasonably clean and well equipped. Only a large bowl for salad and a few deep plates were missing. We only saw Jan briefly on departure, but he was very friendly to us. All in all, a very successful and beautiful stay.

We had some lovely days in the bungalow, the camp site has lots to do for kids, and the beach is beautiful. Good place for 4 adults and 2 kids in the bunk bed. Will come back

At Wendela and Martin you have a lovely quiet (private) place. They live on the road themselves, but behind they have built a cottage with everything you need. Also a private terrace where it was wonderful to spend the evening. Wendela and Martin are very friendly, warm welcome with delicious strawberries and cold drinks in the fridge. The cottage is full of comforts and has good beds and a nice shower. We were looking for a place to stay because our son participated in the Ironman 70.3 and then this place is definitely recommended. But it is also a good base to take beautiful bike rides. We have therefore had a number of wonderful days.

A beautiful unique place on a nice campsite. The tent house is very comfortable, spacious and with a nice bed. A big plus is that you sit privately, overlooking the greenery. The two of us really enjoyed the island and would love to come back. Recommended the tent house immediately warm to friends and family!

Anila's house, which is very nice, is located on a campsite very close to the beach. It is completely overgrown with trees and bushes, so you are very private there. It was very quiet, but we were there outside the holidays. We had a lovely time... thank you.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Everything worked as it should. Good for a relaxed vacation. We stayed for 4d and 3n. Very nice host. :-)

Nice house in the countryside. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stephanie replied swiftly to all our messages. We spent a long weekend there and had a great time.
