A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oyster House. The home was beautifully decorated & in a very peaceful location. Had everything we needed and more. Our pups loved the big yard! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Great getaway for a long weekend. Lovely nautical farmhouse decor, clean. Porch is wonderful. Fully fenced back yard made it great for travel with the dogs. The Local (coffee shop) and Social 77 in Irvington were great, so we did not take full advantage of the well appointed kitchen. Loved the large island. Relaxing, lovely stay. Easy to get in and out. We had a fantastic stay at Michelle's place! We have stayed at many Airbnb rentals, and Michelle's place was one of the cleanest. The house was immaculate and very tastefully decorated, and everything was exactly as pictured. Michelle was also a great host and made every effort to ensure that we had an excellent stay. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and in close proximity to all of the places we wanted to visit - Yorktown (5 minutes), Busch Gardens (15 minutes), Jamestown (20 minutes) and Colonial Williamsburg (20 minutes). The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable with nice linens and the backyard firepit and string lights were very charming. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting the area.

Incredibly peaceful and comfortable. looking forward to returning in warmer weather and for a longer stay. We were seeking a quiet place for renewal and relaxation and the little yellow cottage met all our needs. We stocked up on local seafood from nearby Warsaw to cook, woke up with the birds for breathtaking sunrises and soaked in the amazing hot tub with an incredible view. As a bird geek in training, I had an amazing assortment to watch and enjoyed the views from the dock and the deck each day. We experienced a heavy downpour for a great deal of our stay,but a trip to town and hunkering down with our books, puzzle and more hot tub were the perfect antidote. We might share the space with friends or family next time, as there was plenty of space. However, our trio of 2 humans and our puppy pal might just escape alone again! Thanks for sharing this letter slice of heaven on the "Rivah." We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay visiting Cape Charles for the first time with more than enough room for our family of four. The location was great and walkable to everything, including the beach and downtown. Hosts were very responsive and helpful the entire time. Amazing kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I have stayed at The Fish House several times. It is a wonderful respite from our urban home life. A great place to relax and appreciate the Northern Neck lifestyle. We love it here!

Comfortable beds, plently of room for everyone, clean, excellent location, and everything you need for a busy & lovely vacation exploring historic Williamsburg & enjoying Busch Gardens. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Governor Green was very nice. The place is clean, spacious and well equipped with large bedrooms, baths, kitchen and living area. I would strongly recommend it for families or couples. We felt safe and there were some activities to do on the premises, but we preferred to see the local sites. The location is very convenient to all the historical sites as well as many food, shopping, and other activities.

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

Elizabeth was awesome! She also came through quickly and at the last minute for us to have a place to stay. We were not disappointed, her place was clean and everyone at the resort was pleasant and treated us well. I would definitely be happy to stay again the next time we r in town! We absolutely loved staying at Bernadette’s place. It is exactly as described in her listing-peacefully tucked away in a beautiful private setting. It’s the perfect get-away where you can relax. Comfy beds, clean spaces, beautiful yard, and lots of extras. It’s definitely a place we would return to.

This is our second, and not last, stay with Thomas. His place is immaculate and gorgeously decorated. And he’s the perfect host - accessible and never intrusive. He leaves thoughtful gifts and is just a great guy. We love the quiet, the pool, the lovely yard, and the beautiful walks around the place.

Plenty of space for our family of 7. We were close to all the things we wanted to do in the area.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

This was a great place for a weekend In Williamsburg. Lots of comfy beds, functional kitchen, plenty of places to sit and chat.
