Beachfront vacation rentals in Deltaville

My daughter found this gem online to book for my 65th birthday and a family get-together on the Northern Neck. We stay in Airbnb homes quite frequently all over the world and this is the loveliest home we've had the good fortune to stay in. Christine is the most gracious host and this home is special because she has made it that way for her family. It's a huge difference to stay in a vacation home that the host rents and a home that the host lives in. Christine's eye for beauty is exquisite and the home is comfortable as well as beautiful. It seldom happens that you say, "I wish the house had (fill in the blank)" and this house has it. The river is a gorgeous backdrop and there are kayaks to use. The saltwater pool is a great addition and a reason to hang at the house. And there is everything one needs to knock out a meal or if you don't want to cook, plenty of places to eat in the area. All in all, this house is a 15 out of 10!!

Wow.. where do I start? I have a strict heart healthy diet. Only whole grain products with no dairy, meat, nuts, and oil. Brenda communicated well before the start to make sure her special dinner and breakfast dishes met my requirements. Brenda did a magnificent job. Not were the meals outstanding, the setting for her air b&b is perfect. The Northern Neck is a special place in Virginia. Staying at Brenda’s “Perfect View” in the Northern Neck was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience!

This is the most peaceful place I have ever been. Feels like home, on the water, with a pool! The best!

Mary was a fantastic host this weekend for my brothers Bachelor Party! Property is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of sleeping space and community areas like the beach and firepit. Would highly recommend this property for people visiting the Williamsburg VA area!

This was a wonderful getaway for my family and friends. We had two toddlers that loved the river beach and pool. There were plenty of toys to keep the kids and adults busy!

I had to cancel unfortunately because of the weather emergency Arkansas was going through. I gave Shelli five stars because of her graciousness and kindness when I to cancel. I will definitely be booking her place when I get to take my trip next year! Thanks Shelli!

Had a great time at the Elderberries cottage! The views were spectacular, and you could take them in from the enclosed porch, the open deck, and even the living room. The entire setup was perfect for a vacation/remote work getaway, and the kitchen has everything you need. WiFi worked great, and the smart TV supported pretty much any streaming service you'd want. Rachel was friendly and super responsive; we hope to stay there again sometime.

A true gem of a location. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Its the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature's beauty.

Ryan’s home was lovely. Perfect for our family. Ryan thought of every detail to make our stay seamless and relaxing. His home was clean and well kept, but the personal touches made it even more lovely. We will definitely be back.

We took a small vacation with my sister’s family and we loved the location. Our kids enjoyed the small play area in the basement with the arcade machine and foosball table. We cooked every night and they had all useful appliances. We used the Ninja air fryer and Keurig machine every day. Since we went in January after a snowstorm the road was a little hazardous to use and the lake was completely frozen, so we spent most times indoors. We did enjoy going to the dock and looking at the frozen lake. This will be a great place to visit during the summer, they had Kayaks to use and a nice dock to jump from and fish. We would definitely come back.

This is a super cute place right on the water! It’s arranged in a way that feels comfortable and maximizes the space. It has everything you need! We loved staying here with our dog and one year old. The beach is a very easy walk and watching the sunrise on the deck is magical. Don’t miss the kind of hidden second bathroom tucked in with the laundry, it’s very handy!

We had a very relaxing retreat at this beautiful home in this peaceful location. Great outdoor space with hot tub and fire pit overlooking the beach, kayaks, dock, and a nice big deck. Excellent birdwatching and found some fun local restaurants and things to do in the area too. Hope to return!

The home was easy to find and very clean. We loved the beachfront and peaceful surroundings. We've been to Gloucester before and it is a cute little place to explore and has what you need. I would definitely choose this airbnb again if in the area! Thank you for sharing!

My absolute favorite airbnb ever ! This was the 3rd time I've stayed here, and if I could afford it, I'd go monthly. The location is perfect, right on the water, small private beach, lots of privacy and soooo incredibly relaxing. The house is very well laid out, super clean and comfortable. Keri provides more than most hosts, from the kitchen and bathrooms, to beach gear, movies, books, games, and the kayaks ! I love love love this house and location so very much. It feels like "my" home away from home and I'll continue to go back as much as possible. THANK YOU again Keri, for another amazing getaway !

My wife and I have stayed at The Fish House several times. It is a wonderful respite from our urban home life. A great place to relax and appreciate the Northern Neck lifestyle. We love it here!

This home is absolutely beautiful. I loved being able to wake up early and watch the sun rise over the Chesapeake bay. Even though it was cold the kids enjoyed splashing in the water with their rain boots. We spent the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at colonial Williamsburg. Afterwards we ate at Captain George’s, a place Tas recommended. It was absolutely worth it. I was also pleased with being able to make a good Thanksgiving meal. The stay was relaxing and peaceful. We would love to come back in the near future.

We had a wonderful time at The Sand Crab. It is perfect for young kids who are looking to enjoy the beach and water. The outside shower made it so easy for us to wash after the beach. The house is well equipped, and wonderfully decorated. We are grateful for Chris and his family for opening up their home for us to stay and enjoy a family vacation. For sure, we will be back!

Our family Thanksgiving was great! What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the water!! Just waking up each day with that beautiful sunrise over the water was wonderful to see. What a hidden gem! Everything you possibly have needed was provided in the home. The fireplace was very nice especially on those cold evenings! We can't wait to return! Lovely place! The kayaks and SUP were in great shape and we enjoyed time on the water. The kids set crab pots and fished.There was lots of space to eat meals together and to have quiet time alone. Pretty decor and beautiful views of the river. It was a short stay for us or we would have tried some of the restaurant recommendations.

Loved this place, exactly as advertised. A beautiful place in a beautiful location on the water. The house was perfect and exactly what we wanted and the family enjoyed every minute. Jeffrey was very responsive to any questions and provided everything needed. Would definitely recommend it and would go again.
