Great Airbnb stay with fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Parking was super convenient, and the location is ideal, just a short walk to everything in Old Town. The room and private bathroom were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also appreciated having access to the kitchen and the nice outdoor area. Would definitely stay here again

Bruce and Vania's home was exactly what we needed during our time in DC. Very clean and accommodating, and the location is walking distance to the Green Rail, The Wharf (several food and entertainment options) as well as coffee shops and Nationals Park if you're looking to catch a baseball game. Having access to a washer and dryer was a plus as well as designated parking in front of the rental. As far as hosting goes, Bruce and Vania REALLY went above and beyond with hospitality. Vania's breakfast offerings were unmatched and more fresh compared to any restaurant we've ever dined at, and the kindness she radiated during our conversation will never be forgotten (I should insert here that we are pretty shy and reserved, yet she made us feel right at home). We look forward to staying here again someday because we will be back! Thank you again, Bruce and Vania. We appreciate you both!

We absolutely LOVED our stay with Lindy. Her home is so comfortable and private. We enjoyed the deer in the backyard and having coffee admiring her beautiful garden. The bed was super comfy, with many thoughtful amenities including fresh flowers. She made us an amazing fresh fruit salad and delicious breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet and serene with scenic places to run and enjoy the view of the bay. Thank you Lindy! We'll be back!

This is a great host family who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, enjoyable and safe. They went from being hosts to friends during my stay.

All the 5 star ratings are correct - the Mitchell house is fantastic and you should book right away if it is available. This is more like a bed and breakfast rather than a completely independent Airbnb. I traveled solo, staying in one room and sharing the rest of the house with Phil and his other guests. The host was helpful, easy-going and attentive to any requests. The made-to-order breakfasts were fabulous and plentiful. The house is older, but charming, comfortable and quiet. I controlled the AC/fan in my room, which worked very well. There are many restaurants, Target, etc and the Metro within 10-15 minute walking distance. The house is also a short walk to AU or pick up the Wonk bus 2 blocks from his home (if you know how). Phil has hosted hundreds of guests who are repeat customers and someday I hope to be one of them.

We had such a wonderful time filled with great stories, positive vibes, and a delicious, healthy breakfast! During our trip to the NJMP track days, Flavia and Sandy were incredibly friendly and accommodated our super early breakfast. Plus, their amazing collection of historic and boutique art added a special touch to our experience. :)

We loved our stay at James and Dorothea’s place! Their bed & breakfast is gorgeous inside and out! The hosts made us feel right at home in luxurious accommodations, a hard balance to achieve, and did so expertly. Breakfast was more than enough and delicious every day, and Dorothea took extra care to accommodate my delicate gut with the fruits I can eat and gluten-free bread, tortillas and waffles. I loved walking my dog and seeing the horses every morning. This was a fantastic, romantic get away for my husband and me, well-priced, and the first Air B&B I feel I will definitely return to. Thank you, thank you for opening your home to visitors. We loved it!

We stayed in Katherine's place at a very difficult time - we came to DC for our son's heart surgery. We could not have been happier to be staying in such a comfortable, lovely, and truly homey place during this difficult time. The house is very practical, with a perfect lay out (it was my husband and I, our two kids, and our in laws staying at the house, and we had plenty of space). The play room and the variety of toys and books were absolutely amazing for the kids to be happy and entertained at home for hours on end, while my son recuperated from the surgery - the layout is excellent, because you can cook, or relax in the living room, while being able to monitor the kids at all times in the playroom. Katherine was very responsive, flexible and a please sure interact with at all times. The DC summer heat and mosquitos did not allow us to enjoy the backyard as much as we hoped, but in a different weather, the backyard would for sure be wonderful to enjoy.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Colonial Williamsburg. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The host was incredibly communicative and made sure everything was smooth and stress-free. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The rest of the house was just as lovely—warm, welcoming, and tastefully furnished, with a cozy outdoor space perfect for relaxing. The innkeeper was so kind and hospitable, and the breakfasts each morning were absolutely delicious—clearly made with care and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and hospitality.

my husband and I stayed in one of her rooms for 2 days. the room was absolutely beautiful, the bed comfortable, and everything was so clean! The bathroom had this claw foot tub that has all the amenities you could ask for soaps Epsom salts everything, And you can soak in for hours! And then I'll stand up shower that had the best water pressure and hot water that lasts forever. I absolutely recommend staying here. She has his old fashioned water tower that turned into a she-shed and you could sit out there for days to relax. not to mention in the morning coming down to a full breakfast. She is an amazing cook and the best part was I loved how she made sure we had no dietary restrictions or allergies. 10 out of 10 absolutely recommend this place!

Had the pleasure of staying with Renee and Pat, the house is beautiful, and Renee and Pat were welcoming and gracious hosts. We arrived in the afternoon for a late party, Renee was prepping for a "barn dinner party" that evening and was busy in the kitchen making cookies. She invited us to sample and had hot cider as well. Delicious! We went down and toured the barn and met some of the horses. We were going to go to dinner before our party started and Renee invited us to join them and their guests for dinner. Very nice hosts and was great to meet some of their extended "barn" family. This is a working Therapeutic Equestrian Riding center and being able to meet some of the folks that Renee works with was awesome! The dogs are really cool, too! All in all, highly recommended for a true country farm and great hosts!

The whole entire location is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the fact that they have a piano in the common area. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The highlight for me was the bear claw bathtub.

This place is a GEM. Dave and Misuun were extremely inviting and accommodating upon arrival to this beautiful bed and breakfast. They made great recommendations and kept the place very neat and tidy. Our room was nicely sized with our own bathroom and a really comfortable bed. We woke to well prepared breakfast each morning and really good coffee. We swam in the heated pool, relaxed in the cabana and played cornhole during the day. This place is just a walk away from anywhere in town which was convenient. At night we played in the retro arcade which had an overwhelming amount of games which were all free play. We'll certainly be looking forward to visiting again next year

Very pleased with my accommodations here. The House is very nice, comfortable and well located. The proximity to everything is wonderful. The hosts and their staff were very accommodating and friendly. You can tell they take pride in the guest experience. Everything was beautiful as well as clean and well stocked. This was my first time on the Delaware shore, and I will visit again, I am sure. the beaches were beautiful, the weather so mild compared the beaches in Florida. it was like everything I love about the beach without the unbearable heat. The only negative I have is that I only booked three nights.

What an amazing place! Comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Great breakfast! Slept SO well and I’m a terrible sleeper. Incredibly friendly hosts! Can’t wait to go back!

It was such a pleasure to stay again at Kathleen and Carl’s place! Our second time returning and we already hope to visit again. It is one of the most relaxing and beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. They have taken such care to have it be welcoming, pristine, and provide all you could ever want or need in a get away. Such a joy to catch up with Kathleen again, and if you take the time you will discover what a gem this couple is! They are the sweetest and I’m so thankful they have chosen to share this beautiful space with others!

Perfect location for me taking a course at Waterford Craft School and the hosts are so friendly and welcoming and generous.

Beautiful, unique and scrumptious hand-crafted breakfasts (locally sourced and in season) were spectacular! Pristine, comfortable, relaxing. Lots of activity options on site (kayaks, golf balls, painting, hammocks, croquet, bikes, swimming pool, huge private river front space). Woody and Michelle are lovely and do everything they can to make guests comfortable on site, and they recommend local spots to enjoy. Blue Ruin in Cambridge was a major highlight - we never would have found it if they hadn't suggested it. The Anchorage 1800 is the perfect place to bring friends & family and make it a group trip weekend!

A really nice place very close to a bustling downtown Gaithersburg. Comes with all of the charm and peculiarity of a Victorian era home in the Victorian era style. I had a buy trip so I did not get much of a chance to explore the common areas; I would happily stay here again to do just that.
