We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

Welcome to our 1900's farmhouse. This home has been lovingly updated and maintained over the past century, and sits on 7.5 acres. While it is private and peaceful, its location is minutes away from everything making it easy to get around. Enjoy spacious living and endless outdoor fun in our dedicated game barn (ping pong, cornhole!) and large pastures (frisbee golf, soccer!). This family-friendly home blends historic charm with modern comforts, perfect for creating unforgettable memories.

Peaceful Historic House Near Water, with Hot Tub!

Peaceful 3 bedroom/1.5 bath Victorian house near the water. Located in Historic West End, this 1900 house has been recently renovated to accentuate its historic charm while delivering all the modern comforts. Just a short walk from Long Wharf Park, the Choptank River Lighthouse, and downtown Cambridge with great restaurants and shops. Amenities include air conditioning/heating, a hot tub, WIFI, a back deck and grill, front porch with rocking chairs, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Charming Island Home "Sandy Pines"

Come and enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation at this charming island home. "Sandy Pines" lies just a half a block from the water and a block and a half from the bridge to Assateague (where the beach is). The downstairs features a living room and dining room, 2 bedrooms (equipped with two twin beds each), a lovely kitchen, full bathroom and screened porch. On the second level you'll find the master bedroom with a private full bathroom, movie/game/yoga room, and a 2nd fully screened porch.

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Enjoy well equipped waterfront home styled after historic lighthouses. Relax in the hammock by the water under the pines; Enjoy smores by the fire pit. Wood included. Free use of 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a 3 person canoe. Yard games include corn hole, croquet, & bocce. Dine on the deck while enjoying beautiful sunsets. Bring your cameras for local wildlife. We are a family who loves to travel and discover places of rest. Stella was designed with that in mind. She is approachable, comfortable and invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. She is walking distance to Salisbury University and close to many restaurants and stores.
