Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Delmarva Peninsula

Great value overall. The only issue is that you have to cross a ditch that is not will lit to get to the door. It was rather slick after rain one evening and we slid a bit in dress shoes. This may be a concern for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise it was a nice quiet stay and affordable compared to all the other local options.

We loved our stay at Maison DuPont and would rebook in a heartbeat next time we are in DC. The room was spacious and very clean. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to the metro and lots of nearby restaurants. Highly recommend staying here! Fraction of the price compared to nearby hotels

It was great for our visit to DC. The metro station is 5 minutes away and is three stops from DC's main spots. It is also just one stop from the airport. It was spacious, and the zone was nice and calm. It wasn't easy to find a place with two rooms and two bathrooms, close to DC and at this price range.

It's a beautiful well-kept home in a nice neighbourhood. Joyce is a gracious host, and a pleasure to talk to. She left treats for our dog and fresh farm eggs for us. The Kitchen has everything you need, even spices. Thanks Joyce.

This was our second family trip to DC where we stayed at this location. Wayne was the perfect host both times. He supplied us with tons of info leading up to the trip, secured our parking pass, and was super flexible with our late night arrival. He had food/drinks/snacks to start our week off, a clean and inviting space, and helpful signage posted in the apartment. He was helpful when we had to have a forgotten item mailed to us and continued to offer suggestions and help during our stay. The metro and bus stations are so close that all of DC is easily accessible. We even made a quick trip to Annapolis easily from this location. When we were looking to come back to DC, it was the fact that Wayne’s place was available that sealed the deal. He is an amazing host!

It was positively delightful. I have no complaints. I was able to recharge during my stay. Great location, responsive hosts, and an EV charger available on the back parking pad. It was quiet, walkable, and peaceful. Great neighborhood. Highly recommend. A+

Jason is an excellent host! I could really tell that cleanliness and communication are his top priorities. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness, and I will say the condo was super clean! Jason truly cares about his guests. His condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view of the ocean from the condo was breathtaking! We are already talking about our next stay at one of his properties. We can’t wait to bring our family back to OC. I will be recommending Jason to my family and friends!

The house had brand new appliances. Everything was clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely book it again and will recommend to my friends.

Cynthia was very flexible & friendly & accommodating. Her place was clean & stocked with every& anything you could need. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable & had everything I needed. I highly recommend her home & her as a host if you are in the Salisbury area.

We loved being right in the heart of Colonial Beach! Less than a 10 min walk to several restaurants, breweries, entertainment and the beach! We would totally stay here again. It felt like grandma’s fun beach house; cool vintage touches throughout, cozy and welcoming.

Kristi is an exceptional host. She's so warm and helpful - and she thought of everything! The beds were comfortable and the house is cozy and warm feeling. I was surprised and delighted to find that she even had the little strainer I like to make my morning tea! I was also surprised that even though the neighborhood is close to the main road, the house is very quiet. I would definitely come back!

Ayda was very helpful as I needed a baby crib and she went above and beyond to find me one. It is an older home but everything worked well and it served it's purpose. Very well stocked kitchen made it easy to make food all week. Floors are creaky but that's common in an older house. Adya was very helpful when I needed more dishwasher detergent and was very kind in offering to mail an object I forgot.

The house was perfect for our family. Everything was just right, from the bedrooms, to the kitchen, to the proximity to everything to the amenities. The kids loved the perfect-sized bedrooms, and the dog loved being able to come with us. Highly recommend staying here, as the home is taken care of, and it is run by someone that cares about comfort.

Donna was a terrific host, responded to my questions promptly and the one level house worked really well for my group who was in town for a family wedding. My mom needed the room with the hand holds in the shower and all of us enjoyed the king beds in the other rooms. The view is spectacular and we loved having the option to sit on the front or side porch depending on the time of day. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We also liked the way the living room was set up with plenty of seating for our group. I would recommend this house!

Elaine’s house was very clean, comfortable, and festively decorated for Christmas. It was a very close walk to willow creek winery and beach plum farm. The master bedroom mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again for our next family trip to Cape May!

The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen and all linens were provided. The unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator access, this was not an issue for us but something to be aware of. The enclosed porch windows allow for outside fresh air or an extension of the inside air conditioning. We had a minor maintenance issue and Vacasa was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The bay view shown in the pictures is not from the balcony of the unit but the bay is just a short walk across the parking lot. I would stay in this unit again!

This was our first family vacation and it was excellent! It was extremely clean and tidy. There was plenty to do, the kids loved the dvds and games that were available. Great place to stay and the view was spectacular!!!

Great location and great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable on the inside. I would recommend staying at this place to my friends and family. Wish my friends and I could’ve stayed longer. Only downside was 1 parking spot and the lot was a little tight. Plenty of street parking, however.

The place and location fit our family’s needs perfectly. It felt like home and the space accommodated our family well. Being right on the beach was a big plus. Highly recommend for families. The hist was very accommodating and responsive.

I had an incredible experience at this oceanfront 2-bedroom rental! The hosts were exceptionally accommodating, and I can't recommend this location enough. The space was fantastic, equipped with everything we could possibly need as if we were at home. I have no complaints whatsoever! Anyone who chooses to stay here will be thoroughly pleased.

Vladimir has a great airbnb for the price. within 15 minutes of the boardwalk. The airbnb itself has a very modern design with a nice view.

This condo is located in the perfect spot! A very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Once we arrived we never had to use our car until we checked out. The pool is a huge plus and we were able to sit on the balcony to see the fireworks. If you're looking for the perfect spot for your family to create some awesome memories this it!!! I highly recommend!

What a fantastic location. Clean, well appointed and RIGHT on the beach. The personal touches makes you feel at home. A great place to relax, unwind and recharge. Can’t say enough, this trip really was one of the best.
