wonderful place by the bay to spend Christmas with the family! lots of bedrooms as well as a bunkbed room made it really convenient and nice

The aptly named Coral Cottage is a lovely, charming getaway suitable for families of any size - kids or canines. Our three small pups enjoyed the roomy kitchen, large backyard and quick walk to the beach. The adults loved the comfy beds, outdoor grill and fire pit, and the full size washer and dryer which turned out to be an unexpected convenience. It is a very peaceful and quiet stay just a few minutes from various attractions. Our host, Liz, was great at communicating and setting expectations with plenty of tips on dining and entertainment options. We had such a pleasant time and look forward to doing it again.

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

This was (I believe) our fourth or fifth stay at John’s place (we’ve clearly made it a tradition). Coming here feels like home, the town home is super clean, easy to navigate, and perfect for a day at the beach, relaxation and a movie, or just hanging out and relaxing. I look forward to this multiple times a year since finding John!

As always this is a great place to stay at Rehobeth. Great location. Very comfortable. I feel right at home when I stay there. Great for pets too with fenced in yard.

Overall, this was an amazing place to stay. Very close to the water and plenty of space. Perfect house for your next vacation!

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

This condo was in a great location. Steps to the pool and right on the beach! The place was beautifully decorated in a beachy theme. It was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Across from a grocery store and had a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Would love to book this place again!

A haven of peace right next to the sea. Very clean and big enough for 6 people. My boys loved the pool and the pickelball court. Finally, there are plenty of activities to do in this city and the condo is close to everything. We will come back for sure ☺️

Great stay at a fantastic location. This property has a lot to offer with four bedrooms and three decks, lots of comfortable seating and just a 3-minute walk to the beach. We had an enjoyable weekend and would certainly come back again.

So first of all I haven’t been on vacation in 5 years lol. This place was absolutely wonderful my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Lots to do and we felt right at home I 1000% recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights over Spring Break and really enjoyed the house. The house was exactly as described and we loved the location on the bay. The pool was amazing and our kids loved being able to swim at the shore in April. We also loved the game room with ping pong and mini golf. Hong was an amazing host and quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely come back again in the future!

This was the cleanest, nicest place we have ever stayed in! Everything was perfect for our sister stay. Wonderful place, updated kitchen, bathrooms and easy to use sliders. Porch table and chairs, room darkening shades. Management company top of their game. Would love to come back with my husband, would also like to bring our medium sized non shedding dog, but $200 fee a stay be it two nights or two months is a bit steep. We have traveled with him a lot and have never seen a fee so high. I understand why it is so high with having to deep clean furniture and fumigate for those allergic who may rent after us. Keep up the great work, will check out some of your other locations, but the St. Tropez is going on a favorite list! Thank you!!

We loved the location - right next to beach, quiet walk to Nature preserve. I would echo that the spiral staircase needs to be factored in to your stay - my petite 91 year old aunt did better than my 65 year old big footed brother. Games, puzzles, laundry and pool were an added bonus as were the two porches. All in all a fabulous stay.

Had been dreaming about this place for a few years and finally got to go. It did not disappoint. Being right on the beach was so important for our family and the space was very cute and functional. Also had tons of chairs and activities.

This home is absolutely beautiful. I loved being able to wake up early and watch the sun rise over the Chesapeake bay. Even though it was cold the kids enjoyed splashing in the water with their rain boots. We spent the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at colonial Williamsburg. Afterwards we ate at Captain George’s, a place Tas recommended. It was absolutely worth it. I was also pleased with being able to make a good Thanksgiving meal. The stay was relaxing and peaceful. We would love to come back in the near future.

We had an absolutely amazing trip thanks to Jess and Tom’s beautiful home. The location/views can’t be beat, everything was very clean in the house, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

Our family Thanksgiving was great! What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the water!! Just waking up each day with that beautiful sunrise over the water was wonderful to see. What a hidden gem! Everything you possibly have needed was provided in the home. The fireplace was very nice especially on those cold evenings! We can't wait to return! Glenn is a terrific host and the house was PERFECT for our group of a dozen long-time friends (in our 50s!). Spacious and roomy, comfortable with all the amenities you need. Extremely convenient to AC and the Brigantine shopping areas but tucked in a peaceful out of the way neighborhood right by the beach. We will return! Thanks again, Glenn! Joe

It is the perfect location for a relaxed getaway. Several lovely state parks within a short distance. The space is well equipped and comfortable with magical sunsets over the Potomac. Theresa is super responsive.

This is our fourth? fifth? stay at Sundar's lovely spot. Private, gorgeous beach out back, great expansive views out front with ships in the distance. Home is very comfortable. We are always there in November so don't swim, or kayak, or fish. Just enjoy the comfortable home and the walks on the beach. Sundar is always very responsive and available. Kitchen has everything you need. Appliances are great. Beds are comfortable. No clutter of owner's cast-offs which many airbnb homes have. We will be back next year!!

Spectacular place! Four stars! This place is beautiful! It’s in a peaceful neighborhood with other beautiful homes and on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has impressive, high-end appliances, lots of porches to enjoy the view of the water, a huge kitchen with lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc. The entire house is very large! We loved the big closet of games. We fished everyday off the dock, enjoyed the small beach area, and made a fire most nights. The hot tub was a nice extra too. We listened to Taps being played every night at 7:45 pm from the local navy yard. Everything was very clean and modern. Absolutely beautiful place!!
