The studio is part of the house, but not shared, and has a private entrance and patio area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive. With the Pacific Ocean on one side and Del Mar Village on the other, our property quite possibly the most ideally situated resort in the area. It is just a short walk to the sun-drenched beach below the resort, or stroll two blocks in the opposite direction to find dozens of charming boutiques and eateries. A resort fee of $29.00/night is included in the total price shown on Airbnb. This fee covers parking, Wi-Fi, and access to on-site amenities.
