Wow!!!! Great stay at AirBnb in Octocal Beach. We visited Costa Rica for our daughter’s nuptials and indeed our stay at this AirBnb was an unforgettable experience. It was an upscale home away from home. The service was excellent! The atmosphere soothing yet vibrant, calm, and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious with stunning views. The amenities were top notch and every needed for a home away from home was readily available in the home. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Stephen was a most helpful host and assisted us in making all of our plans for a short but fantastic visit to Costa Rica. The house is just as advertised, clean and spacious. The views are out of this world and the access to amenities on the resort are perfect. Quick trip to local beaches and restaurants and we even had time to prepare a few meals in the kitchen. We followed all of Stephen’s advice including a half-day snorkeling trip with Juan Carlos which was a home run! I literally cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with Stephen and his beautiful home. I just followed the playbook he provided during our pre-visit telephone call and everything worked out beautifully. Playa Hermosa’s beach is breathtaking and Stephen made all the right restaurant recommendations! I was looking for a simple and fun trip for my family of five and thanks to Stephen my plan came to fruition. So relaxing!

Very cool place. Pool was awesome and so were wildlife and views. Behind big gate and the AC was great all over the house. Washer and dryer nice touch. Saw cows horses birds and monkeys.

This place was an amazing stay. I was traveling with 6 of my college friends and slept perfectly comfortable on couches and doubles in bedrooms. The property is amazing, clean, great views, and perfectly private for us. Make sure you keep your eyes and ears out for howler monkeys, toads, tortoises and lots of tropical birds. Este alojamiento es perfecto para visitar varias playas, tiene una ubicación estratégica. Es un lugar iluminado y muy bien decorado, la casa es tal como en las fotos, la zona de piscina es hermosa y las luces de noche ayudan a que el ambiente sea relajante y de disfrute durante la estadía. Tuvimos el privilegio de hospedarnos en esta hermosa propiedad, ubicada muy cerca de Playa Grande. La casa es amplia, moderna y ofrece una vista espectacular durante el día, que permite admirar la belleza del mar y el entorno natural desde casi cualquier rincón. Uno de sus mayores atractivos es la piscina sin fin, desde la cual se puede disfrutar de uno de los atardeceres más impresionantes de la zona —simplemente inolvidable. Las cuatro habitaciones son espectaculares: amplias, cómodas y decoradas con muy buen gusto. La cocina está completamente equipada, con todos los implementos y electrodomésticos necesarios, ideal para preparar y disfrutar deliciosas comidas en grupo o en familia. Por la noche, la propiedad ofrece un ambiente de total paz, perfecto para meditar, descansar y desconectarse del mundo. La serenidad del lugar es inigualable. Además, Isacc fue un anfitrión excepcional. Siempre atento, amable y pendiente de cada detalle. Un lugar mágico e único!

Un alojamiento en un recinto tranquilo, privado y cómodo, las instalaciones eran perfectas. Equipo y muebles nuevos, limpios, funcionales y cómodos. Cuentan con aire acondicionado en perfecto estado. Michelle tuvo muy buenas atenciones y muy atenta y flexible con el Check in. Definitivamente me sentí como en casa.

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

Nos alojamos en el apartamento de Jeffrey y nos encantó el lugar, las instalaciones y el equipamiento del lugar, hay una pequeña parrilla para usar, una piscina dentro del apartamento verdaderamente de lujo, me gustó mucho la pecera! Un poco lejos de la ciudad pero ideal para envolverse en la naturaleza, Jeffrey fue muy amable y accesible con algunas peticiones propias ! Excelente servicio y nos encararía volver pronto! Nos encantó.

Caroline is such a super cool and sweet host and Pasito is a super amazing place to stay at. Centrale to everything and perfect to chill.

We had a wonderful week in CR! One of our best vacations! The location of the condo unit was perfect - next to the nicest pool. It felt like a small neighbourhood community where everyone’s friendly, sociable and shares information. Outside the porch is a huge nance fruit tree that dropped fruits that look like golden berries but have a weird taste. The complex staff come by regularly to pick them up and eat them, and it also attracted iguanas so we got to see a few big ones up close. They’re cautious around people so they don’t come too close. The sound of all the different bird calls in the early morning was incredible. Sometimes you can hear monkeys in the distance during the night. The highlight of our trip was the sunset catamaran snorkelling booze cruise. We would have gone twice if time permitted. We’ll have to come back since in a week we didn’t get to do everything we wanted to. The owners and their local guy Luis are amazing!

Excelente ubicación esta aproximadamente 10 min del centro donde puedes encontrar de todo . El lugar tiene una vista hermosa y todo está muy limpio y ordenado el condominio es muy tranquilo . Lo recomiendo y esperamos volver !

Our family of three had a lovely time. The home was very clean, comfortable and well located near two of our favorite beaches. It was private but we didn’t feel isolated. Absolutely loved the architecture and lounge areas. Great kitchen, bathrooms and amenities. Claire was very responsive and always accessible. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay on our surf trip. Everyone had their privacy and could hang out together downstairs in the living room or at the pool. its close proximity to surfing and access to great restaurants, for the value is excellent.

La habitación está bien, la cama es muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Lo único que eché en falta fue un sitio para secar los bañadores, un tendedero estaría bien.

Es un lugar muy cómodos y tranquilo. Cerca del centro del Coco y a la vez alejado de el ajetreo de la ciudad. Luis siempre estuvo atento y mantuvimos comunicación incluso antes de llegar. Lugar limpio y todas las comodidad para pasar en familia. Un plus adicional, permiten mascotas

N'hésitez pas à réserver ce bel hébergement. Pleins de plages autour qui sont magnifiques (entre 10-30 mins en auto). Dans un coin tranquille, un restaurant local délicieux tout près du terrain de soccer, l'hôte nous a recommandé un chauffeur sérieux qui est venu nous porter et chercher pour une soirée plus festive. Tout est là pour satisfaire vos besoins dans la villa et c'est très propre. Il y a aussi un supermarché proche. Nous avons adoré!

A 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to the main road BUT you can uber from the airbnb to the main road/restaurants for literally only $3.95 each ride. Its a little difficult for people to find exactly (ubers and taxis) but its manageable for sure. AC was POWERFUL and we did not go a single night hot. Backyard was very spacious. Everything was clean. A lot of extra amenities like sunscreen, lotion, books, even Uno cards to play with. It felt very secure because it was gated both in the front and in the back. There was no door on the bathroom but my husband and I personally did not mind that. Water pressure is decent in the shower but nothing to complain about; every other faucet had strong water pressure. Quiet street and the most you’ll hear are the dogs at night. The airbnb was literally down the street from a couple of restaurants and a couple blocks away from a traditional Soda. Good overall experience, i would book a second time. Thank you!

Olga’s place was amazing! Closer to town than we thought. The space and pool were perfect. There were three of us, but you could easily accommodate three couples. Olga checked in on us and made sure we had all of the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!
