This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

LA PALETA- HOUSE ON THE BEACH FRONT

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, the dining room and a bathroom, an interior patio and an exterior terrace. On the first floor, there is a living room with ocean views and a bedroom with an interior balcony, as well as another bathroom. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with an ocean view and a desk, two double bedrooms, one with an interior balcony, and the third bathroom. The living room has a fireplace for winter.

1-2 bedroom house - pool, tennis court and jacuzzi

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. If you are 4 people please book it for 4 people not 3 - Thanks

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.
