The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

It has the possibility of free parking in an enclosed courtyard right in front of the apartment building. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and direct entrance to the wardrobe from the bedroom. In the living room with a spacious kitchen, there is a pull-out couch where a third person can sleep comfortably. The apartment boasts panoramic views of the Rába Quelle Water Complex right opposite the building; Széchenyi István University a 9-minute walk away across the river; the Castle of Győr located a 12-minute stroll away; and the Synagogue. Ideal for solo travelers and couples, but can also comfortably fit parties of three. Note that this is a walk-up apartment.

In our guest house, a larger and a smaller apartment have been created, for 4-4 people, 'you are now looking at the smaller unit', but if you arrive in a group, you can use the whole apartment (house). From the kitchen you can go straight to the large covered terrace, where you can comfortably have coffee, breakfast and lunch.
