Attractively furnished holiday villa with Finnish or infrared sauna suitable for up to 8 people, directly on the Kogerbos at 400 m from the seaside resort of the Koog. Dogs (Max. 2) are welcome for a fee of 7.00 euros (surcharge 10.00 final cleaning). Of course, in this beautifully situated villa, you can enjoy free WiFi 100/100 mbit. Beach, swimming pool, paintball court, shops and nightlife centers seaside resort de Koog within walking distance. This holiday home is non-smoking.

The Bed & Wellness with sauna and soft tub is located in an old gardening village near Alkmaar, Bergen and Egmond. Close to the sea, beach, shops and restaurants. You will be staying in a self-contained guest house with a freestanding bath on the 1st floor. In the garden, you have complete privacy and can relax. Breakfast can be booked as an option at 15 euros p.p. The indoor sauna can be booked for 30 euros for 2 hours. Bicycles are available for rent. A tapas board is possible. Enjoy the wellness and each other!

In the beautiful Warmenhuizen, this beautiful vacation home is located. In the authentic Kapberg next to the farm, you can celebrate your vacation in luxury. Close to the coast, dunes and forest, but also near the major cities of Schagen and Alkmaar. The Kapberg has its own entrance, parking spaces and enclosed private garden, with over 90 m2 of living space, it offers plenty of space for 2-5 people. This gives you plenty of privacy and living space to enjoy your vacation.

Irene's Birdhouse

Irene's Vogelhuis is located behind our home on the Breelaan in Bergen. That is close to the cozy center, but also very close to the forest, the dunes and the beach. An ideal place and perfect base for two people who want to enjoy Bergen and its surroundings. The studio is equipped with every comfort, modernly furnished and clean. We charge a fixed price per night including cleaning fee and tourist tax. A dog is also welcome, we charge a little extra for that.
