We had a great time here with our family with two small children. They loved seeing the cows and especially feeding the chickens with Simon and Dominique.

We felt really comfortable! The house is super cozy, very bright and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you needed and the bed was very comfortable. Mirjam responded very nicely and quickly to questions on our part and was always willing to help, at the same time she was very considerate and we had our privacy, even when the cottage is behind her house. Within walking distance you are in Bergen city center within a few minutes, which is super convenient.

It was a super uncomplicated and very nice stay. Ron and Conny are very friendly and sympathetic hosts. Very happy to come back😊

We had a very nice time with Wilma and immediately felt comfortable, everything was very cozily furnished and clean. Wilma is a very nice and friendly host. Contact was always quick and everything worked great. In the house is everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor area is very nice and our dog was able to move freely. We were able to relax and relax very well. Wilma had very good excursion ideas. We can only report positive things. The location is great, in 5 minutes you are in the center on the dunes and by the sea, everything is within walking distance. I'm sure we'll be back and can only recommend the place. Thank you!

We stayed with Antoinette and Ibo for 5 nights and were very warmly welcomed. Ibo showed us around, explained and provided for us. We lacked nothing. From free parking directly at the accommodation to free bicycles, private outdoor area to sit, any household items (drying rack for beach linen, kitchen utensils, etc.) everything we needed was there. The accommodation is very neat, clean and modernly furnished. It is located in a very nice quiet residential area about 3 km from the beach. We always walked the route to the beach with our 7 year old son and were able to save us the annoying parking search on the beach in Egmond aan Zee and the almost 16,- day ticket. We will definitely come back.

Tatjana is a very warm host, she showed us the house and gave many tips for the area. Our 3-night stay at Tatjana's house was very nice. There was nothing missing. Communication was also flawless. Tatjana responded very quickly and we felt very well taken care of. The location right next to the lighthouse (good orientation aid😊) was simply fantastic. It was very quiet and yet you were 2 minutes away from the beach or the shopping mile with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. We were also very pleased with the private parking. We highly recommend this sweet accommodation and would love to come back.

Our stay at this house was wonderful. Everything was spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We especially enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings and its excellent location for visiting Amsterdam and the beautiful surrounding villages. The host was very kind and attentive, with immediate response and giving us many recommendations of what to see and how to get around the area. Without a doubt, an experience we would repeat. We definitely recommend this house.

The stay at the kukel was after our wedding and what a wonderful way to enjoy our fantastic day in our bubble. Everything you need to really unwind. Nice in nature and completely private. A fully and attractively furnished B&B. From a nice kitchen with enough materials at your disposal to a sparkling clean bathroom with a wonderful rain shower. The bed was wonderful and the jacuzzi and swimming pond are a cherry on the cake. There are also two bicycles available that you can use for free. In short, a fantastically well-kept B&B. We had a great stay at Yvon's. Breakfast was great and the cats all very sweet and trusting. We are happy to recommend the place!

Quality and warmth. That's the chalet in two words. All “hardware” is of good quality. This is then combined with a cozy, warm and very tasteful decor. It was very pleasant to stay in M 12 and Texel is a beautiful island.

It was a wonderful weekend, great weather and the place is just great. You can easily reach everything on foot, is close to the sea and the center. The apartment was extremely clean, chic and modernly furnished, perfect for one person or as a couple. I was completely satisfied and would come back anytime:-)

The apartment is even more beautiful in reality than it already is in the photos. We felt right at home. Agaath has really created something great and has made it something special with lots of little things and details. She's also a great host. Very sweet and always helpful. She even provided some groceries for the first breakfast. Really a great service. If we could, we'd give even more stars. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay in the region.

We (2 adults, 2 children) spent 1 night in Trudy's apartment. Received very clear instructions for parking and entry. Trudy & Jasper respond almost immediately to questions we asked. We have experienced this as very pleasant. Cleanliness is very important to us. The apartment looks clean. Unfortunately, this was not so under the shower mat. We found mold there. The shower was good, nice and warm and there were plenty of towels available. In addition, there were 4 of us and we had to use the sofa bed. We were aware of this. We had to fix the sofa bed ourselves. Which is not a problem in itself. But the blankets we had to use were under the sofa bed and we had the impression that the blankets had been there for a while and did not smell very fresh. The sofa bed slept well, by the way! All in all, it was fine for 1 night.

Super relaxed

We had a good time at the place and felt comfortable. The apartment was as described, small, but equipped with everything you need and well located. We particularly liked the fact that we were allowed to use the bicycles. Michael was very friendly and always responded quickly to messages.

We spent a week vacationing with our 1 1/2-year-old son at Leah and Tom's and would have liked to stay there much longer. The two have a wonderful, cozy apartment and a fantastic garden that invites you to linger and was a great place for our son to romp and explore. Both in the apartment and the garden, you immediately notice that a place to feel good has been created with a lot of love. Even a lot of toys for our son were there. :-) In addition, we want to say one more thing: We have already used AirBnB many times, but we have never had such great, friendly and helpful landlords like Leah and Tom. They were always there to help (especially when it came to tips for activities with our son) and there was always time for a private conversation. Incredibly lovely people! We would have liked to give more than 5 stars! :-)

Perfect spot to discover beaches and Alkmaar by bike.

It is truly countryside vibe you get by staying here. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Just keep in mind that there are no supermarkets nearby and without car it would be quite difficult to navigate. Otherwise, you get to feel true Dutch countryside life.

We were very nicely welcomed by Marieke and Richard. The accommodation was clean, cozy and in very beautiful surroundings with fields of tulips. Marieke also recommended us the tips what and where to visit and how to get there. I can recommend this place for 100%.

Maaike is a top host. Very nice room with all the comforts. We have enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Delicious extensive breakfast buffet! She responded quickly and thought along well. Definitely recommended!

Everything was good and the host was very friendly.The landlord prepared a variety of snacks and beer, which was very surprising. The💖 only thing is that the interior of the house is relatively old, but everything else is very perfect and worth recommending.👍

Great place, great communication. Alie was courteous and helpful, made our stay really nice. Exceeded our expectations! The accommodation is quietly located, you can reach the beach by bike or car, not necessarily within walking distance. But for our purposes, this was just the right thing.
