Situated in a unique location; rural with wide views towards the dunes or meadows and with cows or sheep as neighbors. Here you can enjoy your peace and quiet in a wonderfully large bath. Our accommodation is located in the outskirts of the municipality of Schagen, overlooking the fields and the Great Grotto. The city of Schagen with the train station and extensive choice of shops are located 5 km away. The sea is easily accessible both by bike and by car at a distance of 8 km with a drive through the meadows and bulb fields of North Holland. In addition, other cities are easily accessible such as Den Helder, Hoorn and Alkmaar. Breakfast is possible, on request and in consultation.

Then this fairy tale location, between the small village of De Waal and next to nature reserve "Waalenburg," in the middle of the island, is perfect for you, to explore Texel from here. The B&B, located on the first floor, offers a stunning view of the garden, the farmland and the polder. In the garden (4000 m²), there is an ecological swimming pond where you can start the day with a dive followed by our luxury breakfast.

Fun, authentic Pipo wagons a short distance from the beach and dunes!Between the flower bulb fields and the horses. Every day there are organized beach rides on horseback,where we ride through the beautiful nature of Den Helder. 2/3 persons. With full breakfast! €5 pppn In one Pipo wagon, there is a fridge with freezer, stove and stereo system. The other one has a sink with a toilet. Beautifully located, overlooking the dunes and flower bulb fields. Cozy atmosphere!!

B&B centrally located on Texel

Our B&B is located on the upper floor of our house in De Waal, centrally located on Texel, the ideal base for exploring the island. Waalenburg nature reserve is 1 km from the house. Here you can walk or cycle through one of the most beautiful nature reserves on Texel. The various museums are also easily accessible. Including Kaapskil and of course Ecomare where you can visit the seals. Den Burg, the largest village on the island with various shops, is 2 km away.

Experience Texel through the eyes of a local and relax in an insane location in the middle of De Koog. I'm Miko, a surfer and I grew up on Texel. After many trips abroad, I started to appreciate the beauty of the island more and more. And I want to share that with as many people as I can now. Miko bed/breakfast stands for a stay that radiates my love for beach and sea in a unique house. In miko bed/breakfast you can experience the pure Texel.

The forest is calling! Warthog Family

Warthog Family is a unique holiday home, reminiscent of a small village. 'This village' is equipped for 1 to 5 people and is all alone for you an your partner, your family or your couple of friends! Warthog Family is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest on our nature campsite. This holiday home is approximately 20m2 in size and consists of three separate cottages. The cottages are connected by a spacious wooden terrace of 15 m2.

KLIF 1, studio 2/3

‘Kamer 3’ is a cosy studio on the first floor of a ‘stolpboerderij’. It features a living part with a lovely sofa corner, diner table for two and a very well equipped kitchen(ette). The bedroom is en-suite with a handbasin and television. There is a private bathroom at the opposite of the room with a shower, small handbasin and toilet. Also there’s a sheltered garden for common use of our guests, with a large diner table and sun chairs.
