Vacation rentals with breakfast in Davis

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and had many disappointments… this was not one of them. Everything matched the description, the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, the place was spotless and comfortable. The linens and towels were soft and high quality (some airbnbs you can tell the hosts just buy the cheapest stuff they could find, but not here!). I thought the master bed was super comfy - I think it was a little too soft for my husband’s taste. This place is set up perfectly for like a girls trip to Napa. Was a little treacherous with our toddler (steep stairs, lots of beautiful but fragile decor), but that was 100% on us, we knew what we were getting. Short, easy drive to Napa or Vallejo. A lot of other reviewers mentioned breakfast food/ snacks left for them… we didn’t get any of these extras but that’s ok. The price tag was hefty but would be very do-able if splitting it amongst friends! Overall had a really lovely time, would happily stay again.

VERY nice place Place was remodeled, cozy, clean, tastefully appointed with contemporary furniture. All kinds of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen: plates, pans, spices, etc. AC worked well. Fully stocked bathroom: tp, towels, shampoo, etc.

Tammy’s home is a charming and comfortable home away from home! It’s a well appointed stay nestled in a quiet cul de sac and close to plentiful shopping and restaurants. Centrally located, it’s perfect for a day trip to Tahoe, Napa or the Bay Area. Just the right place to stay for a busy vacation! Tammy is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

It was a great stay. Nice view and comfortable beds. Hottub in the backyard is a fantastic experience during my stay. Jaime is a very kind and thoughtful host. Thank you very much!

So 24 hours before we were suppose to check into our other place the host cancelled on us. When we booked Ryker’s house they immediately got a hold of us and were very informative, which we are very thankful for. When we got to the house and when we walked into the first kitchen and we thought wow this is cozy. As we walked thru the house we were continuously amazed as the place opened up. The best part is when we got to the upstairs. The view was absolutely breathtaking. If you want a place to forget the rest of the world this is the place to stay. We will be definitely in the future staying at one of Ryker’s house.

My partner and I stayed here and we felt right at home! The house was spot on clean and organized. The host was super responsive c friendly, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Rachel was a great host! Very responsive and happy to give recommendations for things to do in downtown Sacramento. Lovely spot, lots of space, and great amenities. Very close to downtown and a nice quiet area.

We booked Michael's home at the last minute, and we found the rate reasonable. He was willing to accommodate 3 humans and 6 dogs (in the area for a dog show). It's a really neat space... older yes, but that's a large part of its charm. I'd read reviews ahead of time and yes the bathroom situation is a bit odd, but we made it work with no problems. It's a neat neighborhood with a vibrant feel, several great restaurants within walking distance, and parking was much easier than I feared it would be.

I recently stayed at the this amazing B&B and it was amazing! The location is picturesque, nestled in the mountains with stunning views. The cabin is beautifully designed and well-equipped with a rustic yet modern feel. The host was attentive and responsive, making for a seamless check-in process. I loved the private deck and the nearby outdoor activities. Highly recommend for a serene getaway! Can't wait to return!

It's a historic and comfortable and homey accommodation on the tiny main street of an unusual tiny town in the Sacramento River Delta. We had the "Honeymoon Suite"--our own kitchen and a private back porch. The AirBnB does also sport a more public verandah overlooking the main street and its assortment of small businesses. Martha makes breakfast (part of the deal) more or less to order. Dinner? One restaurant on Main Street, lively and open 'til 9 or so but with a limited menu. Others are walkable but with limited hours. Parklands and the river (and a beautiful working drawbridge) are easy walks. Encounters with townspeople were friendly. Locke--the town--is really interesting and we slept well in Martha's care. We recommend highly.

Had a fantastic stay at Janna’s place. It’s perfectly located and walkable to downtown Napa. Janna was kind enough to leave breakfast out for me and my partner before a very early half marathon race. The house was lovely and clean, and I’d be happy to stay again!

This was such a lovely and secluded spot, to rest my head. Bed was super comfy! House layout was wonderful. And Deb was absolutely lovely! Plus, the fur babies were awesome, too! 💖💖😎😎

Gorgeous cottage, it made us feel like in a fairytale. The host was really sweet, gave us local recommendations and made it possible for us to join breakfast last minute (which was extremely yummy). Would definitely return again.

Our stay at the Slice of Heaven Ranch was everything and more. Real breakfast, homemade, fresh from the grounds. The environment was beautiful, I took a couple hundred photos. As a retired professional photographer, Shelly even gave me great tips and instructions. Horseback lessons were wonderful and well worth it! The bed was billed as the "most comfortable bed ever" and was very nice, but it was the super soft and cozy blankets and the nostalgic quilt that did it for me. Lots of room in dresser and closet. Fresh and fast water supply. Galt is not far away and easy to get to for groceries or shopping. The animals were also friendly and plentiful! We loved the dogs, and many of them loved us too. Chickens were happy and healthy. Cats were as friendly as cats can be, and we definitely caught up on petting therapy! The flowers and trees were in season with beautiful blooms. Even the temperature and weather were pretty ideal. We are already looking at returning options!

We stayed for just one night and the room was perfect and in a great central location. Would definitely stay here again!
