Arrive to a private gate and a palm tree lined driveway. Spacious, beautiful guesthouse is tucked away in the large back yard among mature trees. Inside, marvel at the artist-painted walls, enjoy a game of pool, relax in a rain shower with premium toiletries and have a restful sleep on a king-size bed outfitted with luxurious cotton 800 TC sheets. In the morning sip your coffee on the porch overlooking a grape arbor with a fountain, then take a walk down to American River only 10 minutes away.

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.
