Monthly Rentals in Davenport

I spent a month and a half at Sarah's AirBnB while carrying out research in Santa Cruz. Sarah was easy to communicate with from the start and is a very kind person. The cottage is nicely secluded at the back of the property, with plenty of light. It is clean and nicely decorated. The garden is lovely, plenty of fruits, flowers and hummingbirds in season. The hot tub is relaxing at the end of a tiring day. The ocean is an easy 10min walk away, with some beaches tucked in nearby. Supermarkets are within easy reach, especially if you have your own car or bike. West side of Santa Cruz is much quieter, with nice houses and gardens all along. All in all, very pleased with my stay, thanks Sarah!

My 4th time at the yurt, and it's still beautiful and rejuvenating. Peter is so welcoming and quick to respond -- he helped setup the outdoor heater in a few minutes of me texting. The outdoor grill works great for marshmallows too :) and the indoor conv oven always gets it right. It's very peaceful with the surrounding redwoods and bird song, while still close to beaches. Davenport Roadhouse, Whale City Bakery, and Beauregard Vineyards are all good and very close. I highly recommend booking the place. I've never seen another yurt done up as well as this one.

Our stay in Davenport was great! The house was so clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Mitchell and Louis gave some good recommendations on where to get groceries and the check in and check out process was so easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring restful nights. I also loved the cozy yard, which added a peaceful ambiance. The neighborhood was calm and felt very safe, which I appreciated. Additionally, it’s just a short distance from Natural Bridges Beach, one of the most stunning beaches in the area. Communication with Daniele and Michele was always friendly, and Daniele even helped me fix my bike, which I really appreciate! Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained place near nature.
