I can say without a doubt that our stay in Glenn's place was one of the most memorable family getaway that we had. The place will remind you of rural living with a hint of convenience and accesibility. My parents enjoyed waking up early in the morning to feed random chicken in the vicinity with our leftover rice. Friendly dogs will often visit infront of the house and will wait patiently to get interacted. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Glenn !

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The unit at BES Bldng can actually be compared to condo units in other prime condominiums and them accommodating us set the standadard high, they have quality service too. Enjoyed staying at their unit.

From Feb 20 to Mar 10, 2025, this Airbnb felt like home. The room was spotless, just like the photos, and the aircon worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. What stood out was the host’s quick response—when I had an issue with the kitchen faucet, Erin wasted no time. Maintenance arrived and fixed it promptly. I also requested an office chair and bottled water, and both were provided without hesitation. The thoughtful amenities made life easier, and I truly appreciated the seamless experience. This stay wasn’t just about comfort; it was about the little things that made it exceptional—the clean space, the responsive host, and the convenience of well-thought-out details. Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!

It was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and chill with friends and family. Very affordable, comfy and has complete amenities. I love the interior design very simple yet elegant. And what I really like the most is their high-quality kitchenware and utensils, it's very neat.
