Jovel was very responsive and proactive in assisting us when something went wrong during our check-in. Good place and amenities as well.

Beautiful and very clean

The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

This is a nice apartment. Neat and tidy. close to restaurants and asia mall / ikea. The apartment is at top floor and at the very end, so only neighbors on one side. but paper-thin walls make it easy to pick up noises from the other apartments. But all over, a great stay.

we had a bit of a problem at the receptionist upon checking-in. the admin and the unit owner had a miscommunication with the number of people that were allowed in the unit, but they were resolved swiftly when we showed them the e-mails proving that I declared everyone who will stay at the unit. The overall stay was great. I can see why this unit is recommended for families. the linens, towels and blankets were clean and the unit smells good. the lobby staff were also friendly.

This place was absolute heaven! Our host was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the space was super cozy. We'd book this place again in a heartbeat if we're heading back to Pasay!

I would definitely recommend this place. They provide toiletries and towels, a separate blanket, and free coffee. They also have slippers you can use around the unit. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom. And they are easy to reach out to if you have any concerns within the unit. Location-wise, it's a 10-15 minute walk from MOA. We'll book again in the future. 🤍

Booked this days before my flight. Ms. Ma Cristina gives clear instructions for the unit. Recommended when you have a flight in NAIA, specially if it's T3, since it is walkable via Runway Manila. Will rebook again if given a chance.

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

We had a great stay at Sir Ruphert's house. The place was spacious, and each room had its own air condition, which helped ease the warm summer weather. The location was accessible and close to establishments and malls. You can also buy some goods at Nanay Ruth's sari-sari store. Overall, it was a pleasant stay 💚

A very tidy and lovely Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. Chenne is a great host and there when you need her. We had a great stay

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

To begin with Rafaelo’s place is a great place to stay if you have a big family. Comfortable kitchen, and I enjoyed cooking some good meals , nice living room, the rooms are big and with no charge I was be able to wash my dirty clothes. He’s a kind hearted host & accommodating all my requests with no issues. I will definitely be back here. Thank you so much Rafaelo & appreciated your help.

This place is perfect for a quiet and peaceful weekend stay. There are lots of salons and restaurants in the vicinity and SM MOA is within the area. It’s very secured and the unit has all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. 💜

Booking and check-in/out was smooth and easy. Jaymar even arranged for his assistant to help me with the check-in. The unit is clean (spotless floor), and cozy as how it is advertised. no surprises! my 5-days stay felt like I was in my own place. Will book again on my next stay in Pasay area.
