we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

Our family had an enjoyable stay at A.J's place Darlaston House. It was very chill and relaxing as if we're at home. The place is near and just walking distance from Serin ayala mall. They provide filtered water so no need to bring water container, they also have towels. I love their big TV with youtube and netflix, you can binge watch. Our dogs also enjoyed they stay as the place is spacious and they can run around. Ate Merle, the caretaker was so accommodating and explains everything when we arrive. Ms. Nellie the cohost also reach out and made sure we're good. This place is very recommended, we will surely come back and probably book 2 night next time.

The location was perfect for my needs, offering both a peaceful retreat and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and made sure everything was in place for a smooth check-in. The house was fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, and fast Wi-Fi.

This location is very serene. We had our family reunion and everyone had a great time. Very spacious! Heated pool was a win for our kids. Host was quick respond to our inquiries. The lived in staffs were helpful and responsive. We hope to be back again

Had a great stay here. The house is spacious. Have many mattresses and complete untensils. I love the fact that it has 3 bathrooms which will be more convenient for many guests staying here

We enjoyed our stay. We didnt have a hard time since everything we need is available. The house is clean, beautiful and it smells nice. We had a good night sleep. Two pillows each and a really nice and comfy blanket. Highly recommended!

The place is truly amazing! It is so peaceful, yet filled with many activities. One night just isn't enough. The caretakers are also very helpful and friendly :) We will definitely come back!

Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

Highly recommended! Their place is, if not exactly the same as the photo, I think it’s way better on the actual than the photos. What I love the most is the place is spotlessly clean! Their floor plan is well built and maintained. Beds and towels provided are all nice and clean. The care takers are also helpful and easy to call if you’ll need anything. The only con that I can think of is, its location is a little bit far from tagaytay center and the road is a little bit rough, but we don’t mind because it’s all worth it. Also, we were able to order via grab food so that’s a plus. I’ve seen they also have a contact resto nearby that you can order food. Overall, we had a nice time here at casa farinas. Can’t wait to comeback. ❤️

The space felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided. The only issue we had were the noises coming from the neighbors at night.

I have stayed in this unit multiple times and it's always very clean and the pool is amazing

The place was good, me and friends stayed there and we didn't get bored because there were lots of indoor games to play. The host was also very responsive and was ready to help at all times. Place was convenient as there is a mini public market, 7/11, and eateries nearby. Overall a great experience and we had a lot of fun.

The place is nice and clean, and very well maintained. Ms. Benny, the host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even while being overseas. We did encounter some issues during check-in, but she was proactive and quick to resolve everything, which was very impressive. It’s no surprise she’s already a Superhost! Hopefully, they’ll continue to maintain the cleanliness and perhaps add some fresheners to make the space feel even more homey. We’ll definitely book her place again soon. Thanks Ms Benny! 🙂

The place looked exactly like the ones shown in the photos. It has a great view of Taal Lake and the listing had everything you need even a washing machine. The best part is it's pet friendly.

I particularly appreciated the tranquility of the surroundings with the garden and trees, which made for a truly restful experience. Additionally, the host offered excellent local recommendations. we had such a peaceful stay here. the property is quiet and secured, and there is so much lush greenery. we loved reading in the living room or on the patio. we were not very familiar with the area, so had not planned properly to get around and see the sights. the staff were so kind to help us arrange transportation into Tagaytay town. great place to get away from the bustle of Manila and relax for a few days.
