Stayed here to celebrate the birthday of our now 20 yr old twins who are at uni in different parts of the country. A lovely home in a great location. Compared to some properties I've stayed in this is a home and it felt like it and is clearly loved. A beautiful garden (we were blessed with stunning weather) Off road parking is a bonus but be aware it's snug (c class estate for reference) Great owners with fab communication and suggestions for things to do. The station is only a 10mins walk away so was easy for our son to get to by train via London and it was an easy drive from Cornwall. Could happily recommend to anyone. Thank you for a wanderful stay

We have stayed in the house several times and are happy to come back as it meets our needs. Parking at the house, close to public transport, good beds, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.

Really enjoyed the stay. The property has a lot of character and is very comfortable. It is well situated for the town centre, yet in a peaceful location. Parking was easy.

Can’t say enough nice words about our stay in Stratford at #23. The house is exactly what you’d expect from the description and pictures on the App, if not better in real life. It’s location is excellent - 2x parking spaces that are free and allow you to park up and walk to and from all the great local amenities and attractions. During our stay we walked to and from the racecourse, the town centre and the theatre. The house is super sociable, we got an amazing takeaway delivered to the property on night one - no hassle. We lifted some groceries locally and made great use of the kitchen and dining space which flows lovely out to the garden space. The bedrooms are all equally excellent and not a dud room amongst them. Bed linen and duvets and mattresses all high quality and make that difference. Jess is truly a super host - if you stay here go round the corner to the pub on Bull Street, it’s worth it

It’s the perfect location for exploring Conwy and beyond. Take the time to map how to get there and it’s quite easy. The house is large and provided more than enough space for us. Great views for drinks on the patio overlooking the church and castle. Only downsides, and not the owners fault in any way: 1. Be aware there will be noise from the High Street at night. Conwy is a calm town but there are pubs and drunk people get loud and voices echo off the surrounding buildings. 2. Seagulls can be aggressive and if you’re eating anything on the patio they will be interested. Guard your cheese and crackers 🤣

The house was great for us..very clean and coffee, tea, sugar, milk and wine ready for us when we arrived which is good 👍. had a lovely stay and the pooch loved the walks. Thankyou so much Amanda 😁

Our first visit to York with a family of 3 teens. Dave's place was the perfect base for us to explore the city. Within walking distance of all the main sights. Great space for us all to spend time together, (and apart!) after a busy day of city sight seeing. Clean and tidy with everything we needed. Great communication from Dave too. Would love to visit again! highly recommend!

We stayed for one night as a large group of friends plus two children and a dog. The house was perfect, all the rooms were very clean with lovely decor. The courtyard garden had a large table for group meals. A bonus was being able to order food/ drinks from the pub next door to our garden (there is a door that opens on to the pub courtyard at the back of the garden). Despite having a very central location in Henley next to a pub, it was fairly quiet overnight and we all slept well in comfy beds. Perfect location to explore centre of Henley, and the river is a few minutes walk away. Emily was a perfect host. She answered every question we had within 20mins and was very helpful with parking/ local area info. We had a non urgent question about the garden lights during the evening and she answered it immediately. We would definitely like to return for another occasion!

Great place for family to stay nearby for a couple of nights

Couldn’t have been more welcoming and wonderful hosts. It was a lovely location and a fab house. Couldn’t fault it!

Had the most amazing stay a beautiful house, felt very at home and relaxed. The beds were something else I’ve never slept so well! Everything you could want and more we will definitely be staying again

The cottage was comfortable and spotless. The kitchen very well equipped. Stuart and Kay are lovely very responsive hosts. Chepstow was a great base to explore the Wye Valley. Convenient parking just 2 mins away from the house. Very happy with our short stay and we will definitely come back when we in the area again.

Nice cosy place to stay, got everything you need. Lovely comfy bed and big bathroom, perfect for a family. Could do with abit of a touch up inside with paining, windows, flooring etc Otherwise perfectly nice place to stay and helpful host with lots of information

Great host, very responsive and helpful. Large home with lots of space. Great location for exploring Wales and some great walks on the door step.

The house was spotless, spacious and has really thoughtful touches like the automatic lights. Cher and Matt were great hosts, caring and attentive but left us to enjoy their well designed house that felt like a home. The local area is beautiful too, with handy shops and cafes nearby and all the great sights of York within walking distance. Would note there is only 1 permit for parking outside the house, however additional safe free parking within a 5min walk. Regardless, we would definitely return. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic property in a great location, only a stones throw away from the city centre, check in was easy and offered earlier than advertised! The house was immaculate in every aspect! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thank you again for hosting us ☺️

Great house in a great location. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Wonderful outside area which I would imagine will be marvellous in the summer months. Short walk into town where you will find great pubs and restaurants. Train station easily walkable for short hop into Cardiff. Can’t praise this property highly enough. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here if available.

We had a fantastic stay at Clare’s lovely townhouse in York. From the outset, communication was excellent—Clare provided plenty of helpful information about both the house and the local area, and she thoughtfully considered the fact that we were travelling with young children. The house itself was beautifully decorated in a style that really suited our taste—classic with a contemporary twist—and it was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The arrival pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated after our journey. We also received a thorough information pack both digitally and as a printed copy in the house, which made everything very easy. The location was ideal—just 15 minutes from the city centre—offering a peaceful retreat after days exploring beautiful York. One particularly sweet gesture was a little cuddly toy left for the girls, which made them feel instantly at home. It truly felt like a home from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Thanks

Really lovely host, great advice, we loved the ferry journey to the house. The house is exactly like the photos. We struggled a few times with the front door lock but Liz taught us the trick. Location is good and my friends were very happy.

Great value for money. Roman Catholic catherdral down the road. Which was handy for mass. House was clean and had everything we needed. Canal round the back of the house for nice walks. We would book again.

A lovely home from home cottage with all amenities you'll ever need. Even provided stairs gates and a high chair upon request. Great location to explore the area and having a pub within 1 minute walk is a bonus!

We loved our stay here, for 6 of us it was a perfect size and a lovely home in a great location. It was immaculate and felt very homely. It is a really quiet spot to enjoy the garden but is still walking distance to lovely shops, pubs and restaurants. There’s also some great hikes within a short drive so was ideal. Thank you for a lovely stay!
