The location is stunning! The cottage has everything you could need, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, and the hot tub is the cherry on the cake. She left treats for us girls and our four legged friend, such a lovely touch. It’s close to some great walks and lovely pubs, Sarah was so helpful with recommendations, can highly recommend the Nelson Inn, the food is delicious. A great stay, we’ll definitely be back.

The cottage had everything you need, even flour to make a cake, and lots of cooking books. The beds where super comfy. The views to die for, and nice walks around the area. The pub The Wellington was nice food and very friendly staff. Vicky had cover thing you need from kitchen to bathroom with products you use every day. My girls loved the chocolate sheep that Vicky had left for them.

We had such a wonderful time during our two night stay at the cozy cottage. Nestled in a peaceful and stunning part of the country, it was the perfect escape to slow down and recharge. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed, Elaine was a fantastic host, checking in to see if we needed anything and even surprising us with some of her homemade sourdough. Such a thoughtful touch! The fireplace made the cottage feel extra warm and inviting, and getting a little glimpse of farm life was a real highlight. We’d love to return someday, it was a truly special stay.
