Five star place in every way. Super clean. Nice layout. Classy host helpfully stocked toiletries and snacks and is great communicator. Well appointed kitchen with top notch pans etc.

Best Airbnb experience yet! House was amazing and Mindy had it stocked with snacks and fruit and water. Would recommend to anyone with a large group looking for a gathering spot in Greensboro. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Great quiet house with open design made it very comfortable and roomy.

Wonderful place, great location, very peaceful and felt safe and secure. We had a bit of a problem trying to activate the keypad to input our key code, but Courtney was very helpful in trying to explain “how to” instructions. No issues from then on out. Would highly recommend this property or any that Courtney hosts, and will use again for future trips

This is great property. Everyone in our group agreed that the beds were very comfortable, hot tub was great, and house had all the things we needed for the weekend. The neighbor is beautiful and well located in Greensboro. Everything was clean and orderly, the water in the showers was hot and we really enjoyed have a screened in porch. One thing to note- the house had 6 heated electric potpourri pots and another 4-5 plug in air fresheners throughout the house which made for a pretty intense smell in the house. The sheets and towels are also washed in a fragranced detergent. It’s a lot if you are used to fragrance-free. The house has 5-6 ceiling fans and enough windows to air out the fragrances after a few hours, having those helped a lot.

We were in town for my nephews wedding. I decided to try an airbnb instead of a hotel. I’m glad I did. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. I will book it again when visiting.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was only 0.6 miles to the Historic Ballpark, so we had a lot of options without needing to worry about parking. The place was clean and comfortable, and was quiet due to it being above the separate garage in the back. Woudl definitely;y stay here again! Thanks, Carrie!

This condo was an amazing place to stay. Check in was super easy and quick. The space was spacious and clean. It was also quiet throughout the day and night. My sibling and I had a good time staying here and recommend it. The hosts were very communicative and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as described, the space was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and calm. A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!
